AC Hotel Clearwater Beach

Rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. They allowed us early check in and late check out as per our flight schedule.

My stay here was nothing short of phenomenal. Jessica took care of us from the time walked through the elevator. The valet parking is pricey but the service is awesome. Located directly across the street from the beach. Sidewalks for easy access. The room and hotel was well lit and clean. The pool was also nice with towels provided. The rooftop bar was also amazing. The views were stunning and our bartender Jacob was super fun! I cannot wait to return.

Lighting in the room was very confusing. Employees were friendly and everything seemed clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room broke after maintenance staff left for the day and there were no open rooms to move us to so nothing was able to be done on one of the hottest nights in June.

Perfect spot for a getaway. Flying in no worries everything is within walking distance! The hotel is easy to navigate n get around. Pleasant atmosphere for all ages.

Staff was great. However, how are you charging people 40+ dollars a day for parking but if someone wants to park there for a day at the beach, not even staying at the hotel, they get charged less? That doesn't make any sense at all. We also were VERY surprised by the additional $500 hold on the room in addition to what we paid already. Breakfast we not worth the price either. The first room we book originally was not the room we got. We ended up having to change rooms because of the shower. They gave us a room with a roll-in-shower in which neither of us could fit into. Then when we changed to the new room, it was covered with a sticky wetness that I cannot describe. Everything, including the bed seemed moist. Then across the hall from the new room, there was water leaking out into the carpet across from us due to the AC unit leaking. It was all just overall not the best place to stay. However, it was clean(ish)
