The Beachview Inn Clearwater Beach

The staff and Management went way out of their way to help me fix an issue on my banks end. They were very kind and helped me all the way through it. everything was great.

Noting. The only thing that is ok is the location, but I didn't like the beach there either, super busy and crowded. Do not recommend. It's ugly and expensive. Everything needs to be updated.

The location was excellent and one of the few positive aspects of this hotel. We arrived around 1:00 PM and the front desk staff already had our room ready, which we really appreciated. Being able to check in early was very helpful and a great start to our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was in very poor condition. It had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom constantly smelled bad as well. There were tiny bugs throughout the room, including on the beds, which was very concerning. The air conditioning was also a major issue. It kept turning off repeatedly and would only run for a few minutes at a time. As a result, the room became very hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The milk appeared to be spoiled and curdled. The breakfast selection overall was poor. The ice machine area was very dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. In general, the property feels run down and in need of significant improvements. While the location is great and the early check-in was appreciated, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. Close to everything just a walk across the road you’re on the beach The only thing I disliked was the TV is way too small for the room

The room was clean, furniture, especially the sofa not comfortable at all. The cushion on the sofa kept sliding off as I was sitting on it. I had to keep getting up to push it back on. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling, but thankfully it was replaced. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The continental breakfast, only reminded me why I don’t book hotels that offer it. Never again. The best part of our stay was the location. Very convenient, and a beautiful view of the beach. Other than outdated furniture. It was a nice stay.

Only one car per room in the parking lot on the weekends and you will have to find a paid overnight lot for other cars with you. There is an extra charge for more than two people a room with two beds. So 2 couples would need to pay extra. The rooms are horribly maintained, dirty, and falling apart. The adjoining door in our room couldn’t lock as the door didn’t line up with the wall and it gave the neighbors access to our room. The window leading to the outside hall had no lock and the door appeared as if a crowbar had been used to pry it open at some point in multiple spots. There was blood all over the elevator floor. Not a great stay would not recommend and would not come back.

The location was perfect. Right across from the beach and around some great places but the hotel rooms were run down, I never had hot water for any shower at all and everything was very outdated but we made the best of it. The beds were decent and I loved the balcony. Best part even though I wish we were on a higher floor the view was ok but could have been better. For the price, it was ok in my mind.

I love the location The room could use a good deep clean, and the back door was very hard to open and close.

Loved the view from the balcony and even though the room was clean my husband killed 2 big roaches/waterbugs and I couldn’t sleep expecting more to show up. Was gonna stay another day but cancelled and got a refund.

The elevator wasn't working properly; it took a long time to go up and down, or it wouldn't go up at all.

We called the phone number multiple times, no answer. Tenant at front desk was too busy on her phone to answer phone or door. The resort fee covered a broken and dilapidated poolside kitchen bar, bathrooms at pool were atrocious. We stayed for 7 days, our room was cleaned once. we repeatedly had to ask for new towels and sheets to perform ourselves. you are lucky to get 12 ice cubes out of the ice machine.
