SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach

Room was extremely clean, housekeeping lady was very busy every single day doing every room (and they were many) we even ask her don’t do our room because we don’t have problem fixing our own room but anyway she cleaned BRAVO staff always very friendly especially the Valet parking peoples off Super quick to bring our car every time, Breakfast was superior like a restaurant,so many variety every day and the time 6-10 is a plus, and very close to the beach (Perfect)

washer dryers did not take cash. All the dryers was broke after I had already washed my clothes. But they did try them for me for free since of the inconvenience. But I had already loaded the money to the car so now I just have $10 on the app that I’ll never use.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever tried to stay at I had to leave

I really loved the setup of the rooms. Very roomy! The hotel was under construction at the time of my visit so I'm sure that impacted my impressions. I'm assuming check in was relocated to the parking garage level because of construction. It was pretty cramped and hot in that space. The breakfast buffet was set up in what looked like a small conference room and it was PACKED. I didn't bother even attempting to get breakfast and just grabbed a banana and a muffin because it was a mob scene. The hotel is in a good location - pretty central to everything downtown. It is NOT on the beach however. You have to cross the street and then walk a couple blocks to get to the beach. I was not expecting this based on the description on Expedia. Parking is $40 a night ($38 + $2.66 tax) whether you use valet or not. Overall it was clean and served the purpose. Next time I would book the Hyatt or Wyndham Gardens though.

The location was great all you need within walking distance, Room was very nice and we arrived 4 hours beofre check in and the room was already available. Great service , kids loved the pool area . They were renovating so we could not get the full experience but im sure when it is finished it will be well worth it.

Even under construction the hotel was fantastic. Couldn't beat the location to the beach, the view or the friendly staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good. The location to everything was great and very walkable. They even had cocktails by the pool!

i do not know if it´s a hotel standard nowadays, but we have to insist to have our room cleaned after the second day of our stay. I will come back!

Good breakfast, great location near the beach and the shops and restaurants. Worn out pool with no support staff, beach chair cushions left on heavy rain, so they were soaked wet for days.

Clean, friendly staff, parking conveniently located

I asked for 3 rooms together and it did not happen. This was a family trip. I had two rooms on the sixth floor and one room on the fourth floor. Even called Expedia back to verify this was happening and they verified that it did. I end up calling the hotel prior to us arriving and they had no record of our stay there. They had to go through a lot to find the actual confirmation numbers that Expedia gave me the wrong ones. And when I arrived there like I said, the rooms were not together. And when booking this hotel, nothing was mentioned about paying $25 for self parking and $41 for valet. Other than that, the hotel is very nice to stay at

The location of the hotel was good and parking was available for a fee…The room was clean but the cleaning lady only cleaned 2 days out often 5 days we stayed …staff was not friendly and the breakfast was ok because things were finishing and the staff was not replacing it back … I will not be staying in this hotel again.

A great find close to the beach with a fantastic breakfast included. Our stay at SpringHill started our holiday perfectly and we would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at Clearwater.
