The staff was absolutely horrible in every way. I asked for a downstairs room because im walking with a cane for the time being this was on July 3rd was told they had none available. So I continued on my search for a room once I got on to booking.com. I seen that they had 3 rooms available. So I went ahead and reserved a room upon getting there. I was talking to the man behind the desk. Getting ready to get the key to my room that I had already reserved. And once again, the lady that refused to rent me a room in the first place came around the corner started yelling Absolutely not.I told him I wasn't renting to him and I said, look, I don't know why you wouldn't rent to me.I've stayed here several times i've never left the room dirty or disrespected In any way, she proceeded to cuss and yell at me until I left told me to get my money back and from Booking.com. absolutely discussing service and way to treat someone.

my first night I saw 3 roaches, then the owners, lady was nice but her husband was a bit rude. overall the place needs improvements in cleanliness and customer service

The only thing I would like you to add is pots and cutlery for the kitchen, I think it is the only thing that would be missing for the room to be a complete 10/10, I absolutely recommend this place.

Overall good for the price. Old but quite in good location but your get bare minimum.

It’s old style buffet Florida Motel. The family running the property were responsive and helpful. Kitchen was basic and we brought our own pots and pan, cutlery too. We were happy with these very simple accommodations, decent beds and clean sheets and towels. No frills, but that was fine for us.
