The front desk staff were just wonderful. Had an issue with my.third party reservation. They were patient and very helpful in resolving the situation. Great customer service!

Everything Nothing

Floors are disgustingly dirty as if never mopped. Take a wet tissue & wipe it on the floor, it’ll turn black. When you slide open the shower door it makes a LOUD and persistent squeaky noise (like dragging a fork across a plate), also within 5 minutes of my shower the entire bottom filled with water like a pool (it’s a standing shower, no bathtub).. we had to pull the drain off & unclog the most hair & gunk filled drain hole. Almost threw up from that alone. Blanket? Nope, it’s a sheet & a very thin wool type fabric on top, cheapest blanket (and towels) you could purchase. Hair dryer holder attachment drilled into wall with a non existent hair dryer. 1/2 a roll of toilet paper with no backup. Sitting chair in the room was grossly stained all over. To top it off, the door to the room has a giant gap at the bottom creating a huge space that you could see outside, bugs/critters crawling in, wind blowing consistently creating an annoying noise, and being able to hear every movement or sound outside along with paper thin walls. Would never stay again nor recommend.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Kudo's to Stephanie. The pool was dirty no pumps going. The floors in our room were dirty we had to wear socks that were filthy. Frig could be updated.
