Breakfast was great! Plenty of choices, the best I have has, in a hotel where they offer breakfast included in the rate. I will be back there in the future!!!

There was only one working elevator, but the staff was amazing, the room was lovely and the breakfast was great!

There was one staff member Cory that needs to work on his hospitality skills. My toilet flooded due to no fault of my own and he said that maintenance would be in at 8:00am the next morning and handed me the plunger to plunge the toilet myself which was totally unacceptable. The next morning maintenance never arrived to my room. I had to go to the desk about 10:00am and they were not aware of the toilet being clogged. By then I had plunged the toilet and got it unclogged. This was totally unacceptable as I’m on vacation not working for the hotel. Not sure if I’ll return next time I’m in the area!

I was only there for about 15 hours from check-in to checkout. The front. Staff was wonderful on check-in wonderful in the middle and in the morning when I was leaving, remembered who I was and asked me how my show was the night before. I will definitely stay again.

Very clean rooms. Nice amenities. Great price for what I got! Only complaint is that our door would get stuck when trying to open/close it. But for $96 a night I CANNOT complain. Mother and grandfather enjoyed their stay as well.

This seems like a very old Holiday inn express, or possibly a different hotel that was rebranded as Holiday Inn Express. Not up to the usual standards I see in Holiday Inn Express.

I was traveling alone with my two kids, and this was a terrible experience. The elevator had missing lights with exposed wires. In our first room, we found a squished bug on the wall, a cockroach on the floor, and a baby cockroach on the wall. My kids immediately wanted to leave, but it was late and I didn’t know the area. The front desk wouldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia, so they moved us to another room. The sheets in the second room smelled strongly of perfume, making me question whether they had been washed. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work, which meant we couldn’t even use Netflix on the TV. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

There was a significant amount of condensation on the tile floor in front of the refrigerator making walking over the wet tile potentially dangerous - it was slippery. Apparently warm moist air from fridge was condensing on cold tile floor. The shower was not well maintained - although it was clean. One elevator was not working and the other one was working very slow with interior of elevator looking rough. Breakfast was very good as far as continental breakfasts go. Person checking us in was very polite and pleasant.

i loved my room.. The bed was comfortable I wished i could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fine..I liked the fact that i could leave the dining room and enjoyed my meal in the comfort of my room. I love that there is a refrigerator and microwave. I did not used the fitness room. I hope the treadmill is fixed and lighter weights like 5 and 10 pound weights are added so it can be accessible to everyone. The new decor was nice. The gentleman doing the food was attentive,warm and inviting.The lemon water is s nice touch,but wished cookies or chocolate were the gifts instead of peppermint. The information shelf about the area is very helpful with the brochures. I love that the bus stop is right there in front on Gulf Bay and Clearwater Mall is very close by. . . The usual price is high for me,.The washing machine is higher than most laundromats machines. The elevator was not working.Thsnkgully the other one was,do things happen
