Dirty sticky floor, old sticky furniture, damp and musty sheets, no coffee, no kleenex, no hand towels. We were misled by Expedia ratings and comments. Very old delapidated inn with beautifully updated lobby which is the picture shown. Yes, It was under $100 dollars but I would have paid more if the ratings were truthful. Would not recommend it at all. Go next door to JCInn

The rooms are amazing! Quiet, great location

Nothing First off there seem to be people that were staying there for long periods of time so when you were walking, there was pizza empty pizza boxes all kind of food just right outside peoples doors. They had animals as well so we were walking over dog poop. also the pool area looked to be unkept and there were no chairs or anything so I had to sit on one of two tables. The bathroom with the shower was really outdated. The water went from cold to hot very hard to get a happy medium. The vanity seem to be on the newer side, and the beds were very noisy and every time we opened the door, we’d have to catch it or else it would slam into the wall. I was cleaning up the room, putting our clothes away before we left, lifted up my tank top on the vanity. There was a roach then, when my fiancé went to pick up his clothes from the other end of the vanity, there was another roach needless to say we made sure we shook all of our bags out all of our clothes out so we wouldn’t bring home any souvenirs.

I was booking to stay in Kissimmee and somehow it was changed to Clermont which was a bit of an inconvenience to me. Also the basboard was peeling away from the walls in the bathroom area.

The room was on the first floor and I parked in front if my entrance. The front desk person was very friendly and polite. Close to everything, big clean rooms. Neighbors were loud and smoking cigarettes I could smell it at night

I reserved a room here from Expedia. However, I was still charged for the room upon arriving. Neither the hotel or Expedia was able to sort this out for me, so I paid twice for this stay. I would have stayed somewhere else for this price to be doubled what it was.
