Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont Se West Orlando by IHG

This hotel can be better takin care of. The room was very dark and had no lights or lighting in it. We had to raise the window all the way up just for light.we asked for light and they didn't have any to provide. They tried moving us to another room and not only did it not have light it smell of mildow. I was not got to stay there the whole time smelling that so I stay in the first room. Need to do better.

Great location, clean room and facilities, good breakfast and excellent service.

I can use all the different pools and park in the facility breakfast is included the is clean the only thing that the room I had the bathroom door knob came off in my hand because the door jams other than that it was great

It's amazing for a quick one or two nights. Guest are able to use all the amenities at Summerbay Orlando by Exploria; they have multiple pools, two of which close at midnight with weekend entertainment. A Starbucks, two bars and grill, fireworks nightly. The breakfast is included with room, great if you're in a pinch, but they have a 24hr Denny's or many other restaurants down 192.

1.) When we first checked in, one it took us forever because it was just taking such a long time, second the front staff just said "second building" is where we would be staying. It was confusing to find the second building because there is no signage or anything to indicate that this is the second building owned by holiday. Anyways when we found the main entrance it looked like the entrance for the cleaning stfaa. Again no signage or anything to indicate this is the main entrance. It was very hot outside so once we figured it out we were able to get in. 2.) Not sure why you need a paper bracelet for breakfast? I think that is childish. I'm a grown adult, I do not need to be treated like a child. That paper bracelet can rip, or be lost easily. I don't think it's necessary for people to have that during breakfast. Find a better way. 3.) Not sure why the key card loses access to the room. This happened to me to twice at a different holiday express hotel. And this being the second hotel. Should get that resolved. 4.) Shower head sprinkler did not function properly because water was not able to come out from all of the showerhead holes. Since I wasn't staying too long I didn't make a big deal but this should get looked at as well for other guests. Overall it definitely was a clean hotel, had everything we needed. Just communication needs to bet

Clean room, good breakfast.

The worst issue we had was-- the hotel web site boasts property splash pad water area --closed for a month before we even arrived -- not noted on website ( actually promoted).The mini golf, 5 pools / swim up bar/ food , game room, pool table /goose ball , rock climbing don't belong to the hotel property despite that they are the majority of the pictures on the website* ( tho the hotel has a nice small pool on property). * In order to access the promoted amenities/activities you must sit for a sales pitch/ tour for the property adjacent to it ...this not even hinted at on the hotel website. So don't pick this hotel for it's promoted amenities unless you are willing to give up precious vacation time for a pushy sales pitch.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were excellent throughout our brief stay. We were disappointed that the kids' splash pad area was closed. I would likely have booked elsewhere if that had been disclosed.

The room was very clean.The staff was very professional every morning, breakfast was good. And on time room service was great I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The coffee was absolutely amazing and I hope they don't change that because I will be back for sure! Plenty of activities to enjoy on property!

It was clean and staff was nice Breakfast starts at 6:30 - 9:30 - easy to miss if you happen to get up late. I missed it each time because of coming from different time zone.

Location was convenient and staff was wonderful. Pool and breakfast was great. Coffee machine was great also. Being held up from getting parking pass, cause a guy is trying too promote vacation packages. Where already on vacation

The room is big enough for a family. The breakfast is good.

Would stay longer they have no many amenities available and additional cost but so much included to do with friends and family !! Will come back
