Everything was great ! We are planning to return!

The stay was very nice. We were definitely In a renovated unit. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was useful and had updated amenities. The resort amenities could definitely use updating. The pool with the kids splash pad area was always the busiest of course and had no where to sit each time we tried to visit. We ended up at the smaller pool bc it was easier to find seating. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Doris ( I believe is her name) helped check us in and she was lovely and attentive. The pool restaurant was good too and the bartenders there and staff were amazing ! For the price it’s a great value! Close to Disney and great places to eat !!!

Overall, the property is beautiful, and the amenities are excellent. While we didn't use the other two pools, the water park was a highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, the service at the bar left a lot to be desired. On two separate occasions, my husband was ignored by the bartenders—particularly Anthony-who appeared far more interested in serving shots to intoxicated guests than assisting other customers. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer. However, we were unable to access our room until nearly an hour after the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in time because it was still being "cleaned". Once we finally got inside, I had to wipe down the kitchen counters and sweep the entire suite myself. The biggest disappointment, however, was how the resort handled an incident involving our rental car. On our very first day, another guest struck our parked vehicle, causing significant damage. We lost an entire day of our vacation dealing with hotel security, our insurance company, and the rental car company. When we contacted local police, we were informed they would not respond because the accident occurred on private resort property and that we would need to work through the resort's security department. Despite repeated requests throughout our stay, the resort's security team refused to provide us with a copy of their incident report or the surveillance footage of the accident. The lack of professionalism and cooperation overshadowed any good

I really loved this place. All the amenities were great. The only issue i had was thst we rented a queen suite and im positive the bed we had in the toom was a full. Its was so small for 2 adults especially my fiance being a larger size. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was great. The Waterpark was amazing. Spent most of the day there.

The property is very nice and clean. I would return again. We just didn't get to enjoy the water park because check in is not until 4pm and their water park closes at 5:30 and then we left the next day.

Simply amazing

The room was spacious and clean. There was cooking utensils in the room which helped tremendously. The waterpark area was small but it did what it needed to do. I was disappointed my son couldn’t go down the slide on my lap. I typically let him go on his own but the current was fast from the slide and he really wanted to go but I was uncomfortable with him only being 2 even though he had in a life jacket and has completed swim lessons.

Usually we have always done westgate for our family stays. What I liked about aqua sol was the deluxe room was larger with full kitchen and balcony. What I didn’t like was it only has 3pools During our stay we heard a lot people complain that they kept telling people to get out the pool due to lightening in the area. According to my phone and others lightening was about 20 miles out. We asked what app they used for transparency but they did not share. One of the days it was closed all day until about 6:30pm. The amenities for basketball or golf are not anything great and they close it at 8pm! Which I found to be pretty inconvenient for my son. The arcade is ok and the bar food was not good. Overall the staff was nice when we mentioned these things but they couldn’t do anything about it. I heard a lot of owners say it was not like this and were unsatisfied with their stay as well. We won’t be staying here again

Overall great stay! I will definitely be booking again in the future. Aside from the light night and thunderstorms keeping us from the waterpark and the pool except the morning we were leaving, definitely worth the price for everything. Very nice, safe gated, family friendly resort!

With A lot Of House Keeping Staff, Security Did All They Could.I Mean They Was Very Helpful. How Ever We Didn't Find It But When I Left That Area They Turned It Off.So At That Point I Knew No One Was Going To Turn It In. I Say That To Say This, I Would Suggest More Cameras On The Outside Property. One Bad Apple Can’t Spoil It For The Hole Bunch. Lol So This One Incident Doesn’t Stop Me From Coming Back. Just More Cautious. Overall It Was Very Clean, Quite,The Staff Here Is Awesome, Craig , Jenner They All Very Welcoming , Helpful,Patient, Considerate.

I come every year for my vacation. Love it❤️

This has been my favorite place since i moved here to florida 10 years now but i recently visited this place for fathers day weekend and I was not checked in till almost 7pm after i was informed will be at 4pm I was out there with my 7 kids ; i know we cant control the weather. But we werent even able to enjoy the pools it was just a ruined weekend for me and my family

arrived 2 and a half hours after check-in and was told my room was not ready. Had to leave the lobby and get back in an extremely long line just to get my keys activated when my room was ready at 7 PM. Staff was trying to be understanding, amenities were great weather permitting can be a very fun trip.

Check in was effient. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. Paul from Arizona checked us in and learned we were their for our daughter's birthday and immediately sent a snack basket to our room. The custodians were all smiles and waves every time we passed. One even let me take the short cut through the water park area on my morning walk so I didn't have to go around. Just little things like that made the entire stay amazing. Michelle the bartender at the water park area was amazing. she was fast and friendly. The bartender by the arcade and lobby pool (didn't catch his name) was super sweet and made me a delicious mocktail, making sure to ask what kind of flavors I like. I'm already looking at future dates to book again for longer!
