Very nice location close to everything

Photos of the room are not the same. Front staff was robotic and calling us like cattle. Trying to be forced in a time share presentation consistently.

The room was very clean and very organized. The only bad thing was that the WiFi was terrible and would go in and out. We tried to connect to the TV with our iPhone but because the WiFi didn’t work it was impossible.

Great value clean ... Only annoying thing is upon check in they try to sell you on doing a time share tour even after I said no 3 times. The next morning they called my room early to do the same pitch again.

The safe was nice. Our room floor was dirty and needed to be swept. That kinda set a tone for our stay. The shower made a screaming sound the entire time we showered. That sucked.

The resort itself is lovely. Great facilities for our family. Its on a great location, but be aware if relying on public transport its quite limited in this area amd we ended up hiring a car. We booked a 2 bed appartment. When we arrived at 11pm we were told they had over booked and they had no rooms available. After some time, they decided they could get us a 1 bed room for the night amd sort it im the morning. The 1 bed ro.didnt suit our group at all (hence why I didnt book it) however for 1 night and considering how late it was we took what we could. The following morning I went at 10am to sort out getting to our originally booked room. The lady I spoke to had no idea of the situation and after explaining she assured me there would be a 2 bed room available at 1pm. We packed up our room and headed down at 1pm to get a new person who apparently also didn't know the situation and after explaining it again, we were then told the room wasnt ready yet and that it would be ready by 3.30pm. At this time, I went out to get groceries. Whist I was out, I was delayed and suggested my partner who stayed behind go to reception at 3.30pm to get the room key so I could have the groceries straight into our room. He went at 3.45 and was again told they were unaware of the situation and that the room wasnt ready and to give it another hour (keeping in mind regular check in is 4pm). At 4.15 I then received an email addressed to another name, telling me the room was ready. I replied to confirm it was meant for me given it had been incorrectly addressed and took the opportunity to express my disappointment and frustration. I received a reply email stating they were "deeply sorry" for the situation. My partner then called them from the smaller room to get our new room number and arrange for them to come and collect our bags before he headed to reception to get the keys. 20 minutes later upon arrival from the supermarket, I went straight to our new room to find my partner wasnt there. I called him and he said he has been waiting in line at reception for almost 30 minutes.

This was my 6th or 7th time visiting the resort. My family, church family and I enjoy coming here. There has been some changes since our last visit (charged for parking and will charge you for the wrist bands if lost) but overall it was still nice. There has been upgrades through out the resort and that has made it even better. The staff was awesome, rooms clean and it's a great family oriented atmosphere. We love all the amenities that they offer. I'm definitely coming back!

This timeshare was okay. Very pushy to go on tour. They called my 21 times one day to book a tour. I stayed in one of the renovated units that was more like a land lord special. Nothing lined up. Things painted over. There was holes in the walls. The floor was filthy when I went in and the bottoms of our feet were black from walking on it. The water park was great and they have other fun things to do on the property. With all the time shares available to rent in the area I do not think I will be back to this location.
