Comfort Inn Cleveland Downtown

Tried to give me a room with two double beds when I paid for queens. They fixed that. Found a bag of nasty food trash behind a chair in the corner from someone else ( when I have no idea). The parking is super small and tight ( better have a smaller car) breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Listed as having 3 restaurants on site ( nope sure don't) probably won't be going back.

Great for last minute stay for sleep after a family hospital stay! Great check in, clean room, comfortable beds, and quiet room! Unfortunately, the parking lot attendant was scary to come across after midnight - wished they had been more helpful and less scary.

Very quiet, clean, and manager Max at the front desk is very nice and helpful during your stay and stays for Cleveland Clinic, he helps w/hospital schedules and free parking so if your not certain about these things and book online he is very helpful and knowledgeable. No drifters are hanging around the property. The manager is very adamant about keeping their visitors/stays safe.

The room was sufficiently clean, it was quiet and the breakfast was great.

Parking was safe and easy with a parking attend! Hotel is out dated but the employees and location was excellent if your going to the arena, casino, and right across the street from Wolstein Center!

Property was very nice, available parking, comfy bed and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

Let's see: The battery was dead in the TV remote; the only treadmill in the fitness room did not work; there were no mats for a floor work-out; the hotel was filthy and desperately in need of a face-lift; and the breakfast was, at best, mediocre. Oh, and they head a documentary on a murder turned on in the breakfast room. But the hotel was well-situated, easy to walk through downtown and to a baseball game or the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Parking was easily accessible, room was clean and well maintained and staff was very helpful. The 11am checkout time was great as well!

The staff was quick to help or solve an issue

Close walking distances to restaurants and taverns and attractions, Progressive field. Very affordable parking for $14.50 daily. Parking area seems secure with attendant. Vending machines were unavailable for cash and card on several floors. Small bathrooms, it seems hotel dates from the Sixties. Decent free breakfast and well stocked. Front desk personnel competent and friendly. Good value for the price.

Our room was clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to Progressive Field and most other downtown activities. Breakfast is served in a clean, well lit, large space with a large variety of foods. This was our second stay and should we find ourselves in Cleveland again, we'll certainly book here again.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
