The staff here are not friendly or helpful at all. No one has name tags so specific feedback can’t be given. They don’t take cash to buy snacks and demand you charge to your room.

Room was Comfy and clean .. had free appetizers an wine between 5 and 6 PM and A free Delicious Breakfast

We love this hotel. Close to so much and always a nice stay.

Overall, a good experience. We were downgraded because the room we booked was not available to us. Then when we went to our room, they were not done cleaning it. This was an hour after we were able to check in at 5pm.

Very nice, clean, friendly employees. Our king size room was excellent. Two large vanities for his/her. The walk in shower was quite large. Complimentary wine between 5-6pm. The area felt very safe, a lot of places nearby for sights, food, and bars. Definately would recommend!

Great location downtown, within walking distance to the Rock HoF, and all the fields/arenas. Great restaurants nearby withing walking distance too.

The room was smaller than I expected and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, making proper hygiene difficult 😬 we also couldn't get the thermostat to switch off of eco so it was pretty toasty in there. Overall, the hotel was fine for one night and it was in a good spot if you want to stay in walking distance to major attractions. But I wouldn't recommend staying there for a longer visit.

Location was great — in walking distance to progressive field and bars/restaurants. Building was nice — entryway and lounge was pretty Valet guys were amazing. Quick and helpful — I was most impressed with them! The hotel wasn’t able to accommodate some requests that I had. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They “gave me a bigger room” but it was facing a brick wall. It was just really expensive for what we got. I wouldn’t stay here again and I love kimptons

We were only at the property for a few hours, so a full review is not possible. However, the reservation was performed perfectly, and the room was comfortable and clean, not even a whiff of a problem. As we arrived a bit early, the front desk was able to hold our bags while we attended our event. Upon returning, the front entrance was “ key required “, so that was a bit of an issue as we had not received keys yet. Kind of like we had to “ double check in”. , once at 3:45, again at 11:45. We didn’t really mind, since it seemed to be for security reasons, but it was definitely not expedient. Betts restaurant on site was nice for breakfast, but didn’t open until 8:00 A. M. Location is wonderful for downtown activities, such as Cleveland baseball games. Overall, a good stay, would not mind staying again when the opportunity presents itself.
