Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Downtown By IHG

Room was neglected. The door handle to the room was malfunctioning. We had to lift the door in order to be able to lock it and the room next to us was left wide open. Room itself was not kept up well. Staff was not at the front desk and had to wait a long time. Valet parking staff was kind and helpful in ensuring our car was parked for the night

Room had no soap. Go figure, its not a well managed property.

Location is great, the rooms are huge, and the breakfast and valet staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Last week of Holliday Inn being open in Cleveland. First room had hair and dirt in bathtub. And room was filthy. Senxind room not much better. Breakfast was lackluster as most food and beverages where not abailable. wasbetrec

They knew 3 people were staying in the room but only enough towels for 2

Location Dirty in main area, elevators down, limited breakfast items- broken equipment

No water provided and no water dispenser in the floor

The room was really dirty it seems like they didn’t clean the floors over a week.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel none of the ice machines on the floors were working, the room was dusty, and room service was below standard I had to go to the bar to get ice

Very nice rooms, love the valet service

Location was awesome, super convenient. Room was very big and comfortable. Quiet. The two windows in the room gave no sunlight and were so high that it felt like night in there all day. The soda machine on the floor was cash only and very old. The little room with the soda machine and ice machine had a pile of dirt in the corner with a dustpan and cigarette butts.

Found a lot of floors dirty (Inside the elevators, going to the breakfast mezzanine, even in my room). I would have to wipe off my feet with a towel after i walked from the shower to my bed). Hotel is centralized for all the sporting events I went to plus the Rock-n-Roll H.O.F. Was told they are starting a renovation next month. Much needed. I stayed here the last time years ago. I would still consider them for my next trip to Cleveland
