Easy check in, check out. Asked for a quiet room as i knew there would be a wedding on a Saturday night and we had to be up early Sunday - that’s exactly what we got!

I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. It was beautiful inside the room was huge. The view was great plenty of food pizza place and their own restaurant with desserts and great drink specials not far from a lot of things to see and also not far from the rock ‘n’ roll, Hall of Fame great trip.

Everything was amazing - the room, amenities, you name it! We were especially impressed with the staff - from front desk to maids and everything in between. Whoever is doing the hiring is very good at selecting enjoyable, authentic people. We live nearby and this was a STAYcation for us. We'd book again in a heartbeat.

The Hotel was amazing with beautiful scenery and convenient stores within the building. The staff were very nice and the valets were very helpful even walking me through the process!

What a beautiful building. The new Superman movie was filmed here. Great staff, happy hour and comfy bed!

Lovely, meticulous, spacious room. Comfy bed. Clean and updated bathroom. Quiet. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again 😊

Loved that this beautiful property is maintained. Although restaurants and bars are close by, easy to walk to, more in the hotel would be nice. Breakfast each day was great, and staff were very accessible and helpful!

The place is dated; the room is clean and tidy but dim and old-fashioned. It has everything required for the hotel's classification, yet it isn't particularly inviting.

location could of had better chair or small coach to relax in,2 people only one chair, no dresser of any kind.would of liked to know that 90% of shops and stores are closed in the arcade
