Wow! What a great experience from top to bottom. Stunning property in a great area. Will definitely plan to come back during football season as the stadium is walking distance. The kickback was extraordinarily generous and the staff was great

Such a nice hotel! Well kept and clean and the rooms are large with beautiful windows and natural light. Easy walking distance from many venues. The free breakfast and dinner were a huge perk as a family!

Amazing building/property. Included meals were good but crowded. Wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable room with unique historic charm. Hot water was intermittent. The property deserves a full service restaurant and bar that is open all day. Overall, a very nice experience and good value.

The hotel is very old, and there is an unpleasant odor in the room.

Hotel is beautiful -- I love a place that has history and maintains a sense of its past. The free snacks and drinks every afternoon were very unexpected. They call it "snacks" but it's really enough food to be a full meal between 5:30 and 7 pm. Each adult also receives 3 alcoholic beverages or unlimited soft drinks.

We were in Cleveland for our son's wedding. This hotel was recommended by a friend who loves the "happy hour" every evening as well as the breakfast. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy happy hour but were able to have breakfast Saturday morning. I know the breakfast hours are different on the weekend but it would have been nice to have the hours extended until at least checkout time. My only other gripe was the cost for valet parking. I know it costs a lot to park in Cleveland but for cost of the rooms, it would have been nice to get some kind of "perk" as we had to park 2 cars. Other than that, the hotel was spectacular !
