The property was spectacular! This was my second stay here and they never disappoint. From the front desk staff at check in to the pool maintenance man, everyone was so accommodating and ready to willing to help in every capacity. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Also, wanted to mention the dinner and breakfast were delicious!

Beautiful facility

This is our third time as staying at the Drury in Cleveland. Each time has been consistently top notch. The building and location are excellent and in the heart of downtown. The only negative is that you can hear sounds in the hallways because of the hard surfaces and high ceilings, but this is managable.

Free dinner wasn't the greatest, but did the trick and breakfast was really good.

The staff was helpful. Pool was fun (busy). Hot tub worked! Wished towels were a bit bigger/fluffier but room was large and we had a great view! Hotel is conveniently located! Great visit all around.

We had never stayed at a Drury hotel before. Very impressed. Our room was very nice and the property great. Staff super friendly. We loved having a delicious hot breakfast in the morning AND the evening kickback with free hot food and cocktails. I will be looking to stay in more Drury hotels in the future. Great lovely room and nice amenities. Highly recommend.

Staff was excellent! Appreciate both complementary breakfast and dinner.

Great service, good location, and the best aspect was the valet parking had a circle to pull into instead of having to stop in a crowded street and hope no one hit your car.
-
Amazing stay for a concert. The staff, rooms and food was excellent, the valet staff was super nice and helpful. Our stay was perfect and was walkable to the stadium for a concert.

In all of my travels, this was hands-down. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Cleveland area! I will be coming back just to have a weekend away and we spend time only in the hotel, it was that amazing!

The Drury was amazing. It's location is perfect for all events happening downtown. Just a 12-minute walk to Rocket Arena. They offer complimentary breakfast and dinner along with other perks. Rooms are neat and clean. The staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Love this place!

The property was nice for an older building. Drury has taken care of the space for sure. The parking is absolutely horrible and we waited for nearly 30 minutes for our car after requesting it. It's a bit over priced for what you get, but not the worst.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights because it was close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and because it got a lot of 10-star reviews. I would only give it a 7/10 due to a few negatives: the valet parking was expensive and it was a hassle to drop off and get my car. Watching the guys retrieve other cars after checkout, I could see that the guys were running quite a distance to pick up the cars. Took half an hour to get my car; at first there was only 1 guy working. Another negative was the small TV - it's a big room and needs a larger TV. I stayed on the 6th floor and immediately noticed that the windows desperately needed cleaning. Minor things - tissues ran out on day 1, no hand lotion. The food was ok, Homewood Suites is better. Liked the popcorn machine and the building itself was lovely. I would only stay here again if it was half of what I paid per night.
