Properyty was well kept but food was bad. Meal was cold. Hostess said we need to go on wait list after a sr manager said no reserevations were needed upon check in.

Amazing stay, close to all amenities downtown. Staff was great three bars and restaurants to choose from. Check-in and parking very convenient and easy to navigate.

The ac never got to the temperature we set in the room leaving the room hot and stuff. We reported the bathroom door handle was broke upon arrival and wasn’t fixed. There weren’t enough towels.

The hotel, staff, restaurants, and even the parking were first rate. We loved it; the front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant were so nice and accommodating. We absolutely loved the view of the lakeshore, channel, Browns stadium, and the lakeside airport. We can not wait to return to Cleveland and we will definitely stay at the Hilton!

Wonderful hotel - they upgraded our room to a corner room for free and the views of the lake and the stadium are amazing. Excellent rooftop bar with great food.

We had a great stay. Helpful people, drink prices are much higher than surrounding establishments.

The stay was wonderful. Our view was amazing. Felt like self parking was a little expensive to park your own car. Just wish some of the amenities were open longer. But over all, I enjoyed my stay.

She Was warm friendly and made our stay absolutely incredible. Our room on the 25 floor had the most amazing views. My Wife could have lived there lol haha. We had just drove a while so when we got there we were extremely tired. The little food place in the lobby was a nice touch grabbed a pizza and relaxed.All started with that lovely young lady at the front desk made our evening 🌆
