Engineering addressed an issue with water temperature out of the bathroom faucet. Warm water coming out of faucet when handle was in cold position. Never completely fixed, I believe there are lines crossed somewhere in the system.

The hotel was in a great location downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and smelled good. Would stay there again without hesitation!

The room smelled like dirty feet but other then that it was ok

We were visiting from California and have the greatest experience from the person in the front of the girl in the little market there everybody was fantastic. We look forward to coming back next year. We have a lot of family there so we come once a year. Thank you again.

I didn’t have WiFi in the room I was staying in so it was difficult to prep for a wedding I was DJing. I was upgraded to a different room but I didn’t really get a chance to enjoy.

First off I will say that every member of the staff that I encountered was amazing. From checking with Michael M. To the kind gentleman in the car valet area. As for the room it could have been cleaned a little better there were cobwebs in the corners of the windows, lots of dust around the tv, blood spots on my comforter and a tear in my sheet. Parking is a little expensive also and the in hotel restaurant was a no for me, food lacked flavor and overall wasn’t a very good experience.

Remodeled room was fresh, clean and modern. Staff was excellent.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and looked like it had been recently remodeld. Shower door needed a new strip on the bottom to keep water in the shower and not all over the floor.
