Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection

Hotel stay was average overall. Housekeeping service was on the weak side. One day came back to room in the evening and the beds were made but we had no towels, clean mugs/glasses or toilet paper. Also the in-room fridge was leaking throughout our 4 night stay through the cabinet and onto the floor. We notified the front desk but this was not looked at or fixed throughout our stay. We were hoping for a 4-5 star experience and it was a little lacking.

The valet attendant was very polite and helpful. They I Walked into the hotel to check in and a lady was yelling at the front desk clerk the whole time I was checking in making it a very uncomfortable experience! It was not a very good first impression to walk into that situation . It is a very beautiful hotel, Then the room was nice but didn't smell fresh like it was musky or damp shower door was broken when I took a shower water leaked all over the floor and the toilet water was brown and stayed that was my entire visit. Was planning to stay another day but after my experience I decided to go another direction. I’m hoping the hotel might make things right after such an unpleasant experience.

Accommodations clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Very walkable location. Breakfast very good and staff very interested in taking care of patrons.

Hotel was very clean and staff was great. The room was nice and spacious but the bath room shower was not that great and toilet paper dispenser was so close to seat you could hardly sit down. I know it’s not a big deal but when you pay that kind of money for a room you expect better. Over all I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

An old elegance to the building. Stayed for work, but if ever back in cleveland for a game or with kids kind of fun to go back in time with the chandeliers, high ceilings, etc. Great bar too.

Excellent stay with my daughters. We felt welcomed, and the service, food, and drinks were all outstanding!

I've been coming here since the 90's, and the new version is really nice. Bed was comfy, shower worked well, blinds kept my room so dark I had no idea it was daytime out. Food in the restaurant is a little pricey, but really good. The only issues are: -They took the pool out from when it was the Renaissance. -Not sure the hotel is to blame, but I had to blast the AC 24/7 just to keep my room at 75F. But to be fair, it was the middle of August, and it was super hot & muggy outside all day & night. All that said, this is definitely the first hotel I'll look at every time I stay in Cleveland!

Delicious breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful.

They gave a free glass of wine upon check-in Food at the hotels restaurant was pretty good. Food and drinks were pricey but it was kind of expected with the atmosphere of the place. Outside of the hotel was a little sketchy at night towards the casino but there was security out front of the hotel so we felt safe enough. We only stayed for one night as we were only in town for a concert.

Great location, clean property, and friendly staff.

Staff at front desk , bar, restaurant were awesome. Room needed better lighting or area for my girlfriend to get ready.

A wonderful hotel and staff, loved the old feel hotel I definitely enjoyed my staff and would recommend it to all.

Room was clean and staff was wonderful. The food at the restaurant/ bar was excellent.

I loved the gym, I loved how there was a whole mall and train stations attached, tow parking garages attached which made it easy to park, the food was delicious, the hotel room was out of this world. I have no negative comments about this place.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Hotel Cleveland! All staff members I encountered were incredibly kind and attentive - it felt like they genuinely cared about my stay. The hotel is gorgeous - loads of historic charm with modern amenities. Our room was very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable - the decor was very cool. The location is perfect and central to everything. I definitely won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Cleveland!

Location was great for us, and everything went smoothly from valet parking, to bell service (Gee), and check in with Roman.
