Fidelity Hotel

Excellent place, old school, classy, top notch service- front desk, bar, valet- good vibes, great location

Beautifully repurposed office building. Staff was very helpful, but things like coffee station (no tea) needed replenishment of some item or other whenever I used it. The staff was happy to oblige, but their to-ing and fro-ing added time to what would otherwise have been a quick errand. Also, ice had to be obtained from staff and was delivered in a small bag. The room was beautiful, but the toilet was ridiculously high and the shower (excellent water pressure!) couldn’t be used without flooding the shower/toilet room. There was also insufficient light over the sink to shave easily or apply make-up. The tv was large and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it is a very nice place with a few idiosyncrasies.

Highly recommend, very nice hotel

We stayed one night for a concert at Huntington Field. Easy 20 minute walk. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The only problem we had was the lighting for the vanity :)

We traveled with our dog Lucy who was welcomed just like we were, the staff was so friendly and accommodating we immediately felt like we found our "go to" place in Cleveland. The intimacy and scale of the hotel was what we enjoyed the most, along with the friendlyness of the staff. We will definitely be back!

It's a chic hotel and the room was really nice but far too expensive in my opinion with valet that I also consider too expensive. You can park overnight at the garage next to the hotel for about $32 USD Wasn't really a fan of the front desk staff either But I guess that's what you get when you check in late at night

We had a lovely weekend stay at Fidelity in Cleveland. The entrance to the hotel is unassuming but we were impressed from that point on. The valet staff were always present and remembered us. The check in staff in the lobby were welcoming and engaging. The bar staff were knowledgeable and provided amazing service. Everything in this hotel is thoughtful - from the decor in the lobby to the room. We stayed in a petite suite with a small dog. There were no issues with my pet which was great. My partner and I decided that we will always stay at Fidelity when we do business in Cleveland. The hotel and room were clean and well attended. The suite was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! From the moment we walked through the doors, we loved everything about it! Super friendly staff, impeccable service, and the aesthetic is amazing. Every piece of art, every color….incredible. Our room was super clean and perfect for our visit, our new go-to place to stay when we visit family. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you for taking great care of us! We will be back soon.

The hotel was super chic and everyone was extremely nice! We had both breakfast and dinner at the Club Room and enjoyed both meals. This is definitely my go-to hotel next time I’m in Cleveland.

Clean Nothing

If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that we hate refrigerators filled with junk for sale. Like to use refrig for leftovers. But a small flaw indeed. Glad than one is coming to Cincinnati.

We had an amazing overnight stay! What a beautiful decorated boutique hotel and we absolutely loved our room with the claw bathtub. The staff was friendly and kind, we enjoying an evening drink and snacks at the bar too! Easy walking to nearby restaurants too! Highly recommend!
