Fidelity Hotel

The staff were professional and helpful and the rooms were well-stocked and clean.

Hotel was beautiful & clean. Location is downtown so no parking and busy area. Hotel staff was nice. In room dining was underwhelming and meh. Pet friendly with no fee that’s a super plus !

Rooms are very clean. Small for the price. We were given a wheelchair accessible room which we did not request. Really hope someone else couldnt have used that room. Beds were too low to the ground. Shower only with only a hand held shower. Was really looking forward to a nice hot bath or shower.

Well located property with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and venues to enjoy. The rooms are on the smaller side but very cozy. My wife and I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff was professional and polite. Room on 11th floor was massive but very poorly laid out. Shower facility disappointing. No restocking of towels or coffee. For a 4 star hotel this was unfortunate.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Had a great time staying at this hotel. It was a beautiful place to come back to everyday and the staff were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Cleveland.

Beautiful hotel and convenient location.

Wonderful location! Decor was first-rate, and the staff members were amazing! Dining was fabulous. Rooms are a bit small.

The queen room with bathtub was incredible. The entire team was super hospitable, helpful & professional. Loved the coffee selection Steeped & purity brands. Both excellent & a very premium touch that even 5 star hotels often don’t curate such a nice coffee offering for room. So I was very impressed by fidelity. Also restaurant was excellent & again no need to even leave the hotel.

The layout and attention to details made this a great stay. Love the Runtal heat radiators in the bathroom, everyone was really friendly too.

The art! A space for local talent!

Front desk staff both evening and morning were terrible to deal with - both gentlemen were rude and unhelpful. Ask for a bill to show VIP rewards - nope. If you didn't directly valet, the staff just walked away from luggage. Forget a greeting as you entered the hotel. Room was nice and clean and restaurant was good.

The boutique hotel is wonderful! Very close to Rocket Arena and restaurants, bars, and the casino. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing is the parking is expensive for valet or daily parking. The staff were amazing!

The room was gorgeous! Looked like it was a room in the mansion from “Clue”! Love the luxurious robe, gorgeous bathroom, comfy bed and delicious room service. Note that breakfast is not included and parking in the garage next door is extra. Cost $49 for two days self parking. I was on the 7th floor and my room faced an alley where large dumpsters got emptied in the wee hours of the morning but that’s my only complaint. Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff!

Great place to stay! Everyone was awesome except for 1 valet guy. Not helpful when asked questions about the area/directions.
