The room was very clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, as it was our first trip to Cleveland and we didn't know our way around the city. We did not take advantage of either the bar for their breakfast (because I was there for surgery at Cleveland Clinic), but I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, nice location. Only complaint would be no free parking.

Nice staff. Sink was backed up. Toilet backed up…we reported and no one helped. We do not ask for room change first day but the last night our room was not freshened until 5:45 pm as we were getting ready for the evening. Elevator was not acceptable. We were told the 2nd one had been out of order for 2 yrs. Staffing over worked with not enough help. Will not stay here again

I've stayed here twice for baseball games and absolutely love it. Super close, clean, and surprisingly quiet.

No microwave , cost of one night room was outrageous and will never stay again

The hotel was great! It was walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the baseball field. Rooms were clean and quiet.

No waste basket in the room but a very small one in the bathroom. Shower was dirty. Very close to everything you could ask for. Valet only. Great staff.

Bar closed early. Limited menus. Took was not serviced well. Rates were too high for the accommodations provided.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The only issue I had is not being allowed to valet park. I guess they could not take any more cars. So we had to park in the garage behind the hotel

Everything at the hotel was great except that our we had to wait for our hotel room to be ready for 3 hours. We traveled to this hotel as we were in town for a concert. We arrived at 4 and our room wasn’t ready until we got back from the show. We ended up waiting in the lobby for two hour then decided to head to the concert. The staff was very friendly just wish we didn’t have to wait so long for our room.

Location was very good. The ventilation unit rattled loudly. Also, the room was on the 4th floor above the entrance, and the chatter from the valet parking guys at 3a was loud.

Location is within walking distance (25 minutes, longest walk to Browns Stadium) from majority of attractions. Could be cleaner, attention to detail goes a long way in that category.
