It was a great location. There were bugs in the bathroom, it could be do to remodeling.

No room service for my 4 day stay and no complimentary beverages such as coffee and almost the entire facility smells of Marijuana

I stayed here on a road trip. We were there for 10 hours and that was 10 hours too many. I never write reviews but could not let it weigh on my conscious knowing other people could be staying here and unknowingly subjecting themselves to the filth and potential danger. There were stains on the sheets, visible feces in the toilet, and sticky mystery liquid coating some surfaces. The floor had dirty footprints and a coat of grime, and the bed felt like it was stuffed with slinkys. The only amenities were a body bar (no hand soap) and some pre cooked morsels of food left for us on the stove. I would say there are towels but those are child sized, and no children should ever be staying here. I know it is a budget friendly option, however the images and descriptions are drastically different than the real thing. This may be a better option if the room was actually cleaned.

I stayed a weak little only because I had no other options. I will never stay there again!!

Room was clean. However they tried to put 3 people in a room with 1 bed. Several different times our door was messed with.

Bad smell

Roaches came out at night. The room was FILTHY. Like they didn’t even clean the floor at all. The front desk lady was very nice! And we accidentally left money in the room and went to get it back. And the housekeeper had it in her pocket. But she did give it to me and I appreciated that! Her name was Jess.

To many people

We booked this hotel at around 10 PM and making sure this is non smoking but when we enter in room you can feel it was smoking room and we could not stay there . The bedsheet also burned from cigarette, then we can downstairs and lady was so rude she said she has just one more room and she gave the key , we went up again to different room and key did not work , again came down and lady did not open the reception by that time it’s 11 o’clock. We drop the key on reception and left the Hotel and stayed in car and I called hotel.com after long wait on phone I told them same thing and I asked return my money they said they will contact to property in morning. After two days hotelsdot com send me an email and they said they cannot reach the property and they cannot do anything on this. So bad this hotel as well as hotels.com from where I booked this hotel. So I will never book my hotel this hotels dot com and for sure these type of extended stay hotels,

Bugs everywhere in the room, some dead, some alive.. terrible smell, somebody was smoking crack in the adjacent room. Terrible experience

Didn't like nothing at all It was very nasty and dirty I was cleaning the room first 2hrs that I was there, their housekeepers are rude and nasty, the employees was horrible the people they have staying there was very loud n ghetto.

Nice affordable place to stay! And they loved my Dog Butch!

Supposed to be smoke free but reeks of smoke. No front desk for late/early check in/out. Floors sticky, bed creaky, cockroaches present. They would not allow a refund due to a policy that was not disclosed at the time of the booking. Only good thing was the receptionist was friendly.

Did not requested a refund due to me not staying it was roaches everywhere. They told me because I didn’t stay I would receive a refund and nobody still haven’t contacted me back and that was yesterday
