The Orbit Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This hotel is the cleanest place that we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again. The decor was so different and cool. The staff were the friendliest and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect. The air conditioning cold, shower was hot, bed was comfortable. This hotel was perfect for us.

Great property when you need quick access to the airport!!

This was the perfect stay for a single night when you have an early morning flight. Close to airport, comfy bed, quiet….free breakfast, shuttle. Will definitely stay here next time I’ve got a flight out of Cleveland.

Breakfast was pitiful, the tv wasn’t connected, the overall vibe was uncanny

I liked the wine by the glass and airport shuttle.

All in all it was a nice hotel, fun and quirky. Hotel staff were absolutely not prepared for the tornado warning and storm that hit the hotel, as well as the subsequent 12 hours of no/limited power. I get that things happen, but don’t tell people to get into elevators during a tornado beating storm

Fun decor, right by airport. Super clean and spacious rooms.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but every time I’ve stayed recently, it’s declining in my eyes. First, the air-conditioning units are very loud when they start up and stop. The lack of carpet in the rooms is great (for sanitary purposes), but the wide hard floors in the hallways amplifies every noise from every person who walks down the hall. Lastly, I don’t know who made the design decision to put a skylight on the top floor of the hotel. But when it starts to rain at 4 AM you get woken up by the sound of rain beating against a skylight above your bed. I think I may be done with The Orbit, which is a shame because the staff and vibe of the place are great…but being able to sleep is important too.

A below average hotel

It did have a bit of a 60’s theme. It was clean, having what we needed. Only issue I had was at night. Kept waking up as people walked to their rooms. There is no carpeting, as a result there was no sound deadening. If there was a way to do that and keep the theme, I would give it a higher rating

Clean and spacious..comfortable beds, friendly staff. Historic building with NASA across the street. Very cool. I go to Cleveland often and will stay here again.

This is a great place for people visiting NASA GRC.

Very roomy rooms

The room was large, and comfortable.

It was 10 miles from the city but was the last minute thing very good place to sleep

Very nice staff, rooms were huge and clean. Breakfast was fresh, other than the waffle/pancake machine was broken everything was great! Nice outside patio. And a wine machine I’ve never seen before!

Excellent amenities with complimentary breakfast in the morning, pristine room and quiet. Definitely recommend. 25 minutes from Case Western.

Things to note when you stay — you have to call to request housekeeping. There are NO restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of delivery options and the shuttle will drop you off at The Aviator upon request.
