Nice clean up dated rooms

The main complain is that the door was broken. The lock was messed up so it was really hard to get in and out of the room which is a huge safety thing. Couldn’t shower because the paint in them tub was peeling off and it was dirty. The room was “neat” not clean. There were dry spills and the floor was so dirty I walked from the bed to the bathroom when I woke up and the bottom of my feet were black. The people in the room above us were yelling all night and the ones next to us kept making loud banging noises. The ironing board was broken as well.

The only thing to like about this place is leaving. Where do I start? They don't bother to tell you that if you want to take advantage of their free airport shuttle you have to call. If it's after 5 PM you'll probably end up going to voicemail instead of talking to a real person and hopefully someone will call you back. I ended up spending $40 on an Uber to get me to the hotel only to arrive and find the front desk clerk hanging out in the lobby eating pizza with his buddies. Then, I get to my room. It looked like a grizzly attacked the door and the room was absolutely disgusting. I asked for and was granted a room change. Well, that room wasn't much better. The chair, the lamp, the dresser, etc. all had some sort of substance left behind on them. Even the light switch was nasty. I was exhausted, it was nearly 10:30 at night, I just needed sleep so I kept my mouth shut, suitcase packed and crawled into bed. The bed squeaked and creaked as I tried to get comfortable on a mattress that was NOT comfortable at all. Then the partying started. Loud voices woke me up less than hour after I fell asleep. I go outside and a large group of guys are standing right beneath the stairwell are being obnoxious. I went to the front desk and told them what was going on and the night clerk just looked at me as if to say "Your point is...?". Seems like therly have some weird backroom bar or gambling situation going on there. The glass door was frosted over so you couldn't see in so lord only knows what was going on in the room. I headed back to my room angry, upset and frustrated. One of the party goers made a comment to me as I was returning and I told him angrily that this hotel was trash and he tried to get me to go in that room! Then the next morning I saw the bathroom. The bathtub paint was peeling off in multiple places and needless to say I was scared to even think about taking a shower. Then when I went to use the toilet the seat was broken and the whole seat almost slid off with me on it.

We just needed to have a place to stay for our early flight, but this place felt super unsafe so we left immediately. One of the rooms seemed like someone just smoked in there. The whole experience was overwhelming so we left.

The break fast was good, but may be more variety for longer stays would be more appreciated Took a while to adjust room temperature. I wish i had my room cleaned during my 3 days stay.

Room was clean and updated, Bed frame was tin or metal-noisy. The bathroom wasn’t the best. Didn’t really wanna take a shower-needs updated!..other than that it was ok! Wouldn’t book again because of the bathroom. Maybe it was just my room not sure but i appreciate the experience and nice staff.

My stay at this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. I was traveling for business for just one day, but from the moment I arrived, I truly felt at home. The cleanliness was outstanding, both in my room and throughout the common areas. The customer service was exceptional—the staff was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent as well, with great options to start the day. I also really enjoyed the location and surrounding area, which were very convenient for my trip. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Even though my stay was short, the experience was more than enough for me to say that I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for business travel, family trips, or anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for making me feel right at home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was the best part of the stay. The property needs a lot of work from the parking lot (uneven and pitting/pot holes). The floor in the shower is either stained or dirty.

This place was disgustingly dirty. The power went out as soon as we plugged something in. They moved us to another room but it was just as dirty as the first room. Do not stay here!!!!

The shower settings were broken and it only had burning hot water. Secondly, the smoke alarm went off at 4am in the morning and we had to jump out of bed in panic. It stopped after 1 min disrupting the sleep.

Door & lock was not stable

No like Poorly maintained. Poor house keeping. This place is a money gimmick. Unprofessional, Unclean.

AIRPORT

Desk chair was broken, there was no shower curtain. No extra lock (flip bar) on door, it was broken off. Door was patched where it was kicked in. Baseboards were dirty, and the floor wasn’t clean (had to keep my socks on). I was afraid to pull back the sheet, I slept in my clothes on top of the blanket. Upon checkout, staff commented that “at least the drug addicts and prostitutes aren’t hanging around anymore.” Definitely would not recommend.

Location to Cleveland Airport Did not feel safe, vinyl floor was lumpy like it had been laid over dirt or carpet, smelt very musty and moldy - didn't feel hygienic to touch anything, generally felt unsafe and unclean. Should have paid more to stay somewhere nicer.
