Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was well-equipped and very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and well served. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed here several times before - unfortunately, this wasn’t a great stay. Upon arrival, one of our beds had a dirty blanket on it. The front desk attendant brought us a new one, which was helpful. The disappointing turn was that we stayed for three nights, and our beds were never made up. The bathroom towels were exchanged, but because our son left a t-shirt on one of the beds, neither were touched. When I contacted the front desk, they were non-apologetic and didn’t do anything about it. The rest of the stay was fine, breakfast was always well-maintained (even at the end of the breakfast hours), and it is a nice-looking property. But we will think twice about staying here again given that we asked for housekeeping services and didn’t get it.

Also the bed was terrible and hurt my back. The pool was closed both days, just added to the disappointment. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. the after all that happened on the first day we expected to at least a semi good meal to wake up too but that was not the case. When we got to the breakfast I went over to make my coffee but there was no Splenda I know it's nothing major but when I pay for a hotel to stay in I expect at least some quality. After that disappointment I went over to grab some protein but they only had some vegetarian omlets and sausage I know that some people enjoy that stuff but when it is a main source of brekfeast protitien it is important to have some variety because I personally ended up giving them to friends because they both didn't taste good. For the last thing I went over to use the waffle iron for some freshly baked waffles.I followed all the instructions putting the pan on, putting the waffles in for the right time, but when they where done I was left with some half baked waffles that got stuck to the pan

We always book Hilton or Hamptons and this trip was a let down. Pool closed, room only had 3 towels and we booked 4 ppl, no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed, last guest left a 1/3 bag of M&Ms in the ice bucket. No information in the room about the tv or guide or wifi etc...front desk didnt advise of it either. Bathroom door was off the rail so we couldn't close or open it until I had my husband fix it. Called down to advise we needed sheets and pillows and had to go get them, no housekeeping to bring things. Doesn't seem like a big deal until your tired from traveling all day and night with kids and just want to shower and go to bed bu have to take more trips downstairs when those things should already be in the room. Front desk clerk was very nice, none of it was her fault, just frustrating.

Coffee was cold.. breakfast on Monday was not that great!

Parking while on vacation and the shuttle/van to the airport and back. Worked out great! The shuttle even picked us up at the airport 12:45 AM due to taking time to figure our lost luggage situation out.

Liked the exercise room which was useful.

Noisy rooms that face the highway. Constant noise

After 6 days the breakfast was boring. I wish there was a way to get fresh air into the room. The staff was very helpful.

Nice property! Pool was nice and outdoor patio! Breakfast was adequate with lots of options. Room bathroom had flies. Annoying but not bothersome.
