Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Airport North

Thought it was very unfortunate that we paid 200 plus dollars for an overnight stay and got charged an additional 10 bucks to park. Can you say money grab!!!

Walked in the door to check in, met Diane, she was most helpful and awesome. Brought us towels, explained the airport shuttle and extended parking, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every hotel needs a Diane. Some of the maintenance "fixes" in the room were a little suspect. Like they use caulk for a lot of bathroom fixes and it's not pretty. Trim that is poorly cut and installed. Hot tub in the pool area was covered with plywood. Wood fencing outside needs sprucing up. Back of the property looks a little dirty. Nothing super serious but makes the place look a little overpriced.

The staff were very nice Practically everything . TV didn’t work. Spent hours trying to operate it until finally got room service to do it. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. We had to leave 1 AM in the morning. Couldn’t stay for the rest of the night and was terribly disappointed from the beginning becauseThere was no working Spa. It was under maintenance our whole purpose of booking the room for my wife’s birthday that’s all she wanted was a Spa so couldn’t get anything. We really thought the courtyard was perfect, but it wasn’t…..very disappointing.

Room was clean, staff helpful. But did not appreciate that they offered no free coffee in the AM. Many other hotels at least have coffee at any time of the day.

Very disappointed, the water in the tub wouldn't drain and we also had cockroaches and the alarm also went off at around 9 am and it took about 15 minutes for it to go off.

I did the review and was my mistake I m sorry the hotel was good and clean.I was supposed to review the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Airport North hotel.

They staff was great, went on Expedia by mistake never again way over charged by booking with them. Staff worked with me not Expedia terrible.

I stayed at this hotel overnight for a personal trip and I would definitely stay again. The bed is super comfy and they have a great sofa in the room to Netflix and chill.

The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed.

Also, Expedia noted there was self parking and Courtyard charged $10 a day. On the positive side the afternoon/evening staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and my granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either. The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to sleep fast, Their shuttle runs 24/7 so that’s a big plus. And the shuttle driver was amazing! But the room needed to be better prepared.

Amazing manager at the front assisting me. I made a reservation online but because I made it so late they couldn’t connect it.

Close proximity to store's and restaurants

The hotel is very nice. We Pick this hotel for the park n fly. Kevin the shuttle driver is awesome, had him several times now and always very pleasant and informative. The front desk staff were very accommodating as we had some family join us in the lounge. Thank you.

Rooms were clean, food was good bistro staff was very kind. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is, I was put in the first room off the elevator so it got pretty loud in the hallway at times.

Room was nice! Staff is awesome! Shuttle bus was a plus , pool,hot tub,bistro, and everything is around when it comes to malls, walmart, and restaurants! All the people that do shuttle bus is awesome !

Location and cleanliness. No coffee in the reception area

Imagine how wonderful it became, when I realized we landed at just the right spot! From the clean parking lot, the welcoming lobby with fresh lemon water available, the feeling of being home was everywhere. The room was simple and spacious. The balcony was a fabulous surprise for the teen in our group, along with the indoor pool & hot tub, both handicap accessible! In the morning one of us caught the convenient airport shuttle & the rest grabbed Starbucks Branded coffees in the lobby bistro and headed off into the sunrise, Thankful for Laura & this Marriott!
