The outlet next to the desk is upside down and I had to crawl under the desk to use it. New Beds would be nice too!

Second time in 3 years that I have stayed here. I am looking forward to staying here again the next time I am visiting the area.

The room is spacious , the bed was comfortable , the staff was ok and rhe lication is pretty great . I have been here 3 years ago , and it was nice . This time tho...not that much . Its very outdated , the carpet was dirty , the furniture was even broken in one spot , like it got out from a war zone . The bathroom needs to be completely redone . Its a pity , because where is it is a nice area and you get in any place very fast . The rooms are big , so there is potential . Just...needs to be renovated . Please do it , I'll gladly come back , but you need to do something ..

I don't remember the name of the girl who checked us in on Aug 1 at 4pm but she was amazing. The cleaners were cool but overall I was completely dissatisfied. The ice machines did not work. The rooms smelled like mold. They never even attempted to clean our room. It was just bad so I had to leave

Rooms outdated dressers, air-conditioner and bathroom door was broken. Toilet make terrible high pitched scream everytime flushed for 5 min straight and there was no mini fridge like described on room amenities oh yeah not one ice machine worked in hotel

The place went from good to ugly. I stayed here several times before, from 2014 to 2018, and the hotel used to be clean, friendly staff, the superior king room used to be perfectly clean and organized..after covid this place turned bad, the smell is awful, superior room on second floor smells like cigarettes and dog piss, white bed sheets don't look like they've been washed right. Hallway smells, everywhere looks bad. Unsettling individuals, and vibes all around. Im sorry but I will never go back to this place.

This property is horrible. The room felt empty, no microwave or refrigerator, not even sitting furniture. The room was supposedly non smoking but as soon you enter you can smell the bad odor. We didn't stay. As soon we saw the room we left to another hotel.
