Room looked nothing like the Pictures, Desk Chair was falling apart, walls were patched but not painted, bathroom door would not even close...It was pretty disgusting actually!
-
Convenient. Staff was helpful changing my room. Wanted to be away from the noise as I was traveling with children. Changed it with no problem

I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed. It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something. They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.

Not the safest area. Definitely had some questionable people in and out at all hours in the 2 rooms beside us.

Breakfast was good however no decaf coffee

The room was clean and the staff courteous. There were issues with check in, but overall the experience was adequate.

I honestly wish I could erase this experience from my memory. I had to stay awake the entire night because it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. If I had any other option, I would have walked out immediately. However, we arrived at 1:00 AM with my family, and it was simply too late and too difficult to find another place at that hour. Absolutely terrible.

Very annoying.

Food menu was simple but prepared well. Found spider on be. Staff at desk nice and helpful. Rooms need paint, refreshing. Okay for the price.

Only one place to get ice in another building. Bed was comfortable but could have used more pillows.

When I booked, I didn't realize that the rooms are outside the hotel. I was traveling with 3 special needs children. I felt so unsafe. I booked 2 rooms but the children could just the door and walked outside! It looked like a motel! The stairs were scaring and

The pictures on line looked way better than it actually does. This is the kind of place you would only want to stay because there's absolutely no other hotels available. We pulled up and it was completely over run by untrimmed shrubs and weeds, paint peeling off the walls and a very unkept parking lot. When we attempted to enter the front desk office, it was locked, at 4pm in the afternoon in the middle of June. The attendant had locked himself in there, which was quite concerning. We finally made it to our room and it was as equally run down. The curtains were hanging out of the wall at window, stains on the comforter, the floor was filthy, our family of 4 was exhausted from being at the zoo all day, we just wanted to shower and sleep. There were only 3 towels in the room, so my husband went to the front desk to ask for more, when the attendant finally appeared, he said there weren't any more towels, and just walked away leaving my husband standing there! So now the 4 of us are sharing towels, trying not to touch the filth in the room, I made my kids and us keep a pair of socks on at all times because the floor was so dirty! Giant crack in the sink, sloppy paint everywhere and on everything, spackled holes everywhere, and on top of all that, we had to brace a chair under the door handle because someone came along while we were sitting in the room and was trying to open the door!! We were all so scared! Do yourself a favor and DON'T stay here!

Absolutely terrible!!! Filthy!!! We ended up having to call the cops for loud music and suspicious activity in the parking lot! We didn’t end up staying!

Bathroom was dirty, people living outside of the hotel. Terrible service

Stained bed covers. Mildew shower curtain. Unclean tub and sink. Sticky floor. Awful unkept grounds. Large pieces of concrete lying around. Pool area covered in construction materials. Horrible accommodations. Ran out of breakfast foods-very minimal offerings. Do not recommend.

Good value for money

Upon entering our room, we were immediately met with a strong odor that made the room feel uninhabitable. The smell was so severe that we were unable to stay in the room. One member of our party, who has asthma, experienced breathing difficulties shortly after entering. We notified hotel staff right away and were told that a refund would be issued. Because we booked through Orbitz, we were instructed to work through Orbitz to process the refund. However, when Orbitz contacted the hotel, the refund request was denied. What is most disappointing is not only the condition of the room, but the fact that we were told one thing at the property and then received a completely different response afterward. Had the hotel simply been honest from the beginning, it would have been frustrating but understandable. Instead, we were left paying for a room we could not use due to its condition. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future and works to provide better customer service and accountability.
