Quality Inn Middleburg Heights near Cleveland Airport

Our stay was for 4 nights and there was nothing I liked about this hotel. We had to re-hang the curtains, the floor was so dirty we couldn't remove our socks, the bathtub did not drain and they never cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. Avoid this hotel!

Floor was sticky and room was humid even with AC running. Stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeping even after requesting it.

I had a great experience staying at the Quality Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was easy and convenient. The stay was relaxing, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Overall, a great place to stay for the price!

The rooms were not clean, even though they take a $100 deposit to ensure you leave it clean. The was trash left from the previous occupants and the floor by the beds was disgusting. Only one of our keys to the room worked and people were outside all night talking. The sheets were gross and had dead insect bodies/waste. The room is cheap for a reason.

Staff were good and helpful I had no issues. Great place to stay in while passing by or a friendly budget weekend getaway. The room was clean. No bugs, mold, or weird smells enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good and staff made sure it was stock for the hours it was open.

I was charged extra $100 which I am disputing

This is not a hotel, it’s a motel. Area has heavy police presence. Rooms were dirty with hairs on floors and in bathroom. You can hear everything outside from in the room, felt very unsafe and bedding was old and not clean. Do not stay here

Older hotel that is on the run down side. Crumbs in the bed under the flat sheet telling me they didn’t change that bedding from the previous guest. Splashes of something along the base of the beds. Beds were….kinda ok. Only two flat pillows per bed. We only stayed the one night. It was late and we made due, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who doesn’t just need a quick night.

BED BUGS! Had 2 queens and found them in both beds! We left immediately without hesitation. I didn’t bother going to the front cause I was so disgusted and probably wouldn’t get a refund anyway. They leave the bathroom towels on the bed when you arrive also so I’m sure the bugs get everywhere. Don’t bring your children here.

Wouldn’t stay there again, room smells weird and other people staying there were rowdy and making noise nightly.

ONLY THE FRONTSTAFF WERE VEEY HELPFULL

Room was disgusting. Old furnishings, outdated hardware and fixtures, but worst of all the bedsheets and blankets were covered with stains. I refused to stay after discovering the state of the room and had to look for accommodations elsewhere. I've yet to hear from the property about any refund.

Location and price are great

The room was possibly a handicap room, while showering it left puddles of water near the entry way door to the bathroom, which was a hazard. I had fake eyelashes & chip pieces underneath the mattress cover, I wanted to see if bed bugs were there. The room smelled like disinfectant too much and cigarettes. Loud people, which they can’t help.

The room was not cleaning. The bed sheets had stains on them. The hair dry was broken. The deposit was not paid at the proper time slot, it was paid 2 weeks after our stay.

To make matters worse, there’s been no response to either Expedia or my direct email regarding a refund or the experience. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor—drive by after dark and take a look at the parking lot. That alone was enough to confirm I made the right decision by leaving.
