It was very nice, pleasing to look at, very interesting interior Food options were lacking a little, no alcohol or bar

The room wasn't great.

Bathroom's toilet seat was broken. The room floors were dusty. The outdoor deck (which I was most looking forward to) was poorly maintained and we weren't allowed to be there after 11pm

Excellent service , comfortable rooms, location very good, the manager Mr.Gibbson is extremely helpful and very accommodating. the view of the waterfront is awesome. The approach road is a bit worn out and rough

More than 100 years Old ethic home of spice traders with thier antiques displayed therein. Wooden construction, painted tiles, old furniture, feels like staying in old historical place. Location just next to back waters. Shall cozy restaurant right on the banks of the back waters. Close to prime areas in fort kochi The rings could have been provided with more furniture. There was no table to keep luggage. No view from the room as the windows opened in market street. The restaurant has a small menu.

The dining options can be enhanced to give a feel of the local cuisine

Good location, lovey staff, reasonable facilities Had to change rooms as painting external to the first room was turpentine based and very intrusive. Lovely seating area over the water but nearby to area that was full of rubbish so some strong smells very unpleasant. Cleanliness could have been better but wasn't terrible.

Exceptional

The location is bad. No parking. Very narrow streets and any cars bigger than hatchbacks will always struggle. The building is very old, but the stay was comfortable. The staff were good and friendly. The restraunt is a let down. Very small menu and even though the hotel listed as souled out, it seemed deserted. A premium charge for the room, but honestly there are much better hotels with much more facilities to stay in for this price point.

Heritage property The staff are so unkept, as though got out bed and look very unpresentable. The same applied to the Bloom in Juhu.

Well meaning staff I'm a big fan of Bloom hotels but this was an utter disappointment. The location is in the midst of a wholesale commodity market. It's always crowded and with the big trucks loading/unloading on the streets, there's no room for even pedestrians The hotel is very run down, grime and in need of cleaning everywhere. Toilets are unclean. The AC stopped working in the night... breakfast is very limited choice... What more can I say

I liked the heritage building with antiques, the pool,the restaurant, and most of all the staff. They were delightful. The garbage floating in the waterways

The location of the hotel was perfect. It is close to the Chinese fishing net. The view of the lake from the hotel terrace. The colonial style, and the decoration too. Very clean bathroom with hot water! The very noisy fan in the room. The beds were comfortable but creaked a lot. The breakfast was a little bit light.

Great location for those who enjoy watching the boats go by and staying in an antique styled hotel that was once a grain warehouse. Close to Mattancherry and the Jewish quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and European and Keralan breakfast was included. The hotel decoration is ready for a repaint, but they seemed to be starting on that when we were there.
