Our stay was a quick escape from our routines so we decided on this all of a sudden.Good place for spending valuable time with family. Property had the issues of being old. Rest the faculty have managed to keep it clean. Food was expensive which is normal for these kind of hotels.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, polite and caring staff, good swinmming pool, enjoyable stay. Room cupboard had no cross rod for hangers, and no shelves in fridge - inconvenient. Other than this room fixtures were all good.

The commute is bad post night fall (specials after the water metro stops) but that’s a plus as well makes the property super quiet.

Quiet location, good size room, excellent breakfast with lots of variety, good service. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is nice. Food in both restaurants is excellent. The bathroom was very small and tight. There’s no seating on lawn provided, only loungers by the pool which was disappointing. Not a lot of outside spaces.

Staff is very helpful and service is very good. Room was good size but bathroom was very tight . The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choices. Hotel is a bit dated. Definitely not 5 star. There’s no seating at the lawns near the pool which was disappointing. Only loungers by the pool.

Big rooms; good pool; good breakfast spread Had booked seven rooms. One of the provided rooms was a room for special needs people, which was not required. Limited area within the resort - not much to do within the resort (other than swimming pool)

Breakfast was included as part of our package but the staff did not call that out during check in Ann’s we forgot to read the booking details.

The calm heritage ambience and the overall peaceful feel of the property. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the stay. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the backwater-facing location added to the relaxed experience while still being close to the city. Breakfast and food options reflected authentic Kerala flavours, which was a nice touch. Some areas of the property feel slightly dated, and a bit of refurbishment could enhance the overall experience. While the rooms were comfortable, a few modern touches would improve functionality. Food options, though authentic, felt somewhat limited in variety for longer stays.

There was no smoking room so we had to pay extra for smoking in the room. Location isn't that great

The breakfast was very good with a good spread and of good quality. Excellent service and a well-maintained property. We stayed here for just 2 nights as we were headed to Kumarakom. The rooms were spacious enough with good amenities. The locality is not that great, but the property itself is excellent. A little away from the major sightseeing places but the price and quality makes up for the location.
