Absolutely nothing except the staff who were willing to help All the rooms stink like smoke and even after multiple complaints they put air-freshener over the smell. Rooms are so small and very old. They said 4th floor is smoking rooms then after I complained they moved me to first floor which was the same

The location, backwaters view from the room, extremely helpful and courteous staff. They could place more water bottles in the room. 2 bottles for 2 adults is insufficient.

Location and staff at front desk and restaurant. Rooms need 1000% renovation and getting mold smell in all the 4 rooms we booked for a family vacation.

Breakfast was good. Everything we needed for an enjoyable breakfast was available. Beds in room were extremely comfortable; allowing us to have full night sleep every night. All staff were very helpful & attentive to our needs. Reception staff were helpful & very knowledgeable about the local area, places to go & things to do & see. NA

They allowed us to check in earlier than expected which really helped us as were really tired. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were worth every penny! Such a great location and brilliant views of the river. The staff were very helpful at all times. Everything was perfect.

The location is closer to Fort Kochi and there are malls near by. Some rooms overlook the waterway and offer great view. Rooms need renovation. The wood flooring is peeling at several places. There were lizard in bathroom in 2 out of the 4 rooms we had booked. AC vents need cleaning. My 2yr old and my parents were sneezing as soon as the ac was switched on. This is not expected from a 4star property.
