Breakfast and the food menu option, the hotel facilities, engineers and front desk responded to all calls. Our room ceiling leaked, had to move rooms, the AC template wasn't working in the room we moved to, it was all sorted, just inconveniences. I hope this next suggestion would fall into the right ears- every single carpet on every floors needs to be changed and left to be tiles. Not only are they all stuffy ,smelly and filled with stains, it is a very unhealthy situation for people with wheezing and asthma. Please consider keeping it tiles or the wooden tiles as in the room.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The condition of the extra bed reflected the overall standard of our experience. it was damaged, poorly maintained, and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene, including the possibility of bugs. We expected a far better level of comfort and upkeep from the property.
