An experienced taxi driver in the locality couldn't locate the property as explained by the property holder and I had wasted 400 rupees as taxi fare. I will never again look for this and recommend to anybody ??? I hate it

We had the very worst experience in this stay. Rude behaviour from the hotel person named Arun. He drunk and knocking on the door during night time. Continuously using Abusive words annoyed us for no reason.

The accomodation was not at all good for the price. 1. Finding the accomodation was really difficult as there was no proper name board for the accomodation. My family couldn't find the accomodation on the first day of travel. 2. The location given in the location map was false. 3. The second day when I arrived we have searched to find the accomodation for almost an hour and somehow found the accomodation. 4. We did the paper work and after seeing the room we decided not to stay because the room was not clean, it was smelling too bad from smoking, The bed was not comfortable and everthing seemed to off and unsafe. 5. We have been asking for a refund since then and the concerned people are not responding for almost a month. 6. Please do not select this accomodation if you have a choice. Thanks & Regards

I had booked a room at Hotel O Nettoor, but instead, I was accommodated at Shalom Palace (a service apartment). The air conditioning and fans were not working, and there was a musty smell as the room had not been properly cleaned. I would advise against booking here, as the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. Very poor,not comfortable for family. not cleaned rooms and bed sheet. Hotel name also different.

Nothing. I didn’t stay there. I confirmed my arrival multiple times- a week before, two days before, the same day! And two hours before arrival they called to say that everything is booked. How is that make sense? When I called customer service they offered me other hotels which all had really bad reviews. Thankfully I was able to find a much better place.

Horrible lie still asking for review ! I DİD NOT EVEN SEE THIS HOTEL! They called me just on train to Ernakulam that they cancelled my booking! Because i was with wheelchair, they told they arranged for me to stay at another disable friendly hotel. What a stress they caused and the hotel they sent me was terrible as well. So called 4 star Harbour View Hotel giving disabled room on 3rd floor, regular power cut,no electricity no elevator, hardly water coming from tap no hot water shower, ery weak unstable internet. Only staff trying to be helpful. Such a pitty it was. Attitude
