Average homestay in a good location in Fort Kochi. Very quiet at night, comfortable big bed. Clean bathroom with hot water shower. Good AC. Very slow, unstable and weak Wi-Fi signal.

Joy and the family were very sweet and accommodating. The room was very well located on a quiet street. Loved the balcony and the fact that it was on the second level. The hoist organized a backwaters tour for me. The kitchen wasn’t in the best condition for me to cook in, and there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. Would consider getting a net for the bed.

Great location and room was spacious. Booking.com listing is inaccurate, as I thought we could purchase breakfast there but the host said there was none provided/available. I had to ask for pretty much everything including WiFi password, AC remote, turning AC unit on (switch was not in the room). When I called to ask for a hairdryer and AC remote, I was cut off after they said the hairdryer wasn't available. Had to call again for AC remote. Had to call again after to get AC turned on. Didn't feel welcome there at all.

Great location. Lots of wardrobe space. Hot water. I did my laundry for Rs200 and hung it up on the floor above. I didn’t see much of the family but they were there if I needed anything. The decor is quite tired looking

Staff were approachable and friendly. Although I would ask for their mobile in case you need anything during stay. Thank you for helping me out with my money problems and organising the taxi Thank you for the early morning chai. Was locked out of upstair common area that leads to rooms,when I went for a walk at night, managed to get back in with after a time - so good security just helpful to know.
