I like the location and the garden. Breakfast in a little site caffee was also nice. The room was very simple, some mold in the walls and bathroom was in a quite poor condition. It needs renovation.

Clean rooms and amenities , friendly staff, good banglow stay , walkable distance to whole fort kochin The event hall is near the rooms , if some event is happening a lot of people were there in the property. Breakfast menu is having only single item , no other food options in property

However, more cleanliness is required, as the washrooms were not very clean, and may be due to the humid climate and location near to port area, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. In our AC room, the TV and telephone were missing, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was satisfactory, though it had limited options. Overall, with better cleanliness and maintenance, this property could offer a much better experience, as the location and staff are definitely strong positives. As per property is old and The Rooms contains smaller windows
