Great place - great host - super comfortable!

The location was good. The private room was very clean, but very small. Babu is a very nice and helpful host.

Very clean and comfortable in a good location. We enjoyed hanging out upstairs too. We loved the actual property but wouldn’t recommend the cooking class that was booked through it - it was quite pricey for what it was.

The owners, Babu and Kurumi, were a delight to talk to and very helpful. They let me check-in early. Filtered water is constantly available. There's a common area to meet other guests. Having arrived from a freezing UK, I made the mistake of not checking if air-con was available. The description clearly doesn't mention it, so this isn't a criticism. The rooms did have fans, which given the heat, didn't help me. If I'd been accustomed to the heat, the fans might have been fine.

Quiet room with private bathroom, possibility to use common area upstairs. Very close to main sights of Fort Kochi and water metro/bus stop. Friendly and available staff. Twin beds instead of double bed.

- common area with mosquito nets - spaceous room - good breakfast - in walking distance to the Fort - We were offered a boat tour at the hostel. However, as we wanted to go to Allepey, we declined at first. The host said that we could simply get off the tour in Allepey and the boat would then return without us. So we booked the tour and were picked up on the agreed day with all our luggage. On site, the tour operator told us that the boat did not go to Allepey. When we contacted the host by phone, he made strange excuses and said that we could travel on to Allepey after the tour. However, this was not what had been agreed and we felt cheated. Fortunately, the tour operator reacted very professionally and we didn't have to pay for the tour. So be careful before you decide to book a boat tour from the hostel. It looks like the host simply wanted to earn the commission.

Good location and price. Very clean and the staff is super nice

The host assured silent night for us, even when other people from the hostel had a small party upstairs. We really appreciated this a lot ? Also, the location is very good if your aim is the exploring of Fort Kochi The room was a bit too tiny for two people. Luckily, we just needed place to sleep.

The owners, Babu and Kurumi are really kind and helpful. Also the room was clean and comfortable. We had good times in the common area: chilling, talking with others or playing carrom - unforgettable. The Miso soup is a must-try!

the house is very clean and you feel really comfortable, also the food is so good and fresh made every time. The people there were so friendly and committed and always recommended us a good program and even took over the booking.?
