I never got to stay there. Their app wanted pre payment and cancelled my booking before I could pay. I stayed at BHARATH HOTEL ERNAKULAM WITH A FRIEND. The promise of payment at hotel not met.

The location at a walking distance from the ferry station to Fort Kochi. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and courteous. The room, despite not big, has all you need for a 4 to 5-day sojourn. The hotel probably had its heyday ten years ago. Now, the facilities could use a good refresh: paintwork, curtains, electrical outlets, etc. Another point is the absence of continental breakfast options at the restaurant but I can understand it as I felt to be the only Westerner in Kochi during my week of visit…
