Air conditioning was great!

Last minute reservation for a funeral, just need a place to lay my head. Right at the start, the entry door doesn’t work so it becomes a manual door and my room was on a floor being “worked on” so we pivot and I end up in an ADA room. I mean who cares at the end of the day but it wasn’t the suite reserved/expected. To get to that point four employees at the front desk are in deep discussion to determine is there work being done, is it complete, is this room open, is that room open, the the other fella holding up a laundry bag and shouting to no one in particular, “is this clean?” Versus taking these types of discussions in the office or sidebar versus in front of the customer … you’re left little confidence the place is well managed. Carpet in the halls are spotted and less than clean, room is decent but surely all the tell tail signs of fixing or replacing fixtures with hasty patch jobs left behind. For the price, you get what you get.

Clean, comfortable bed, lots of space with a sitting room and kitchenette. Highly recommend this hotel

Staff was helpful

We had the most amazing suite. Brand new walking shower . Huge improvement in the bathroom and shower area with good shampoo and condition, including all kind of sizes towels. The room was clean and AC working properly. They have nice parking and restaurants around there. The staff is really nice, and helpful.

You have to two blocks up the road to use pool and hot tub.

Clean and quiet room plenty of space for my wife wheel chair to move around. Great cover parking for a nice cool car. Got to see the rocket launch from the parking lot great experience never seen a launch before.

My mom and I stayed here overnight prior to a cruise. The room we had was decent but a little dated decor wise. The AC did put out nice and cold but if you turned it a little too warm it got very humid and felt damp once we had adjusted it a tad warmer. However we did find someone’s e-e-cigarette / vape pin that was made up in our bed which was overlooked by housekeeping after whoever stayed in our room before us. It was very disturbing knowing that this was left behind especially knowing that the room we stayed in was a non smoking room. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful at the time of check in and she was very disturbing when we showed her what we found and she quickly informed housekeeping so that the sheets could changed quickly.

The hotel was close to the beach which was nice but it needs to be renovated. Front sliding door was broken and had to be manually open. The manager changed our room from what we had booked, air conditioner in the sitting room did work well, won’t cool.
