The room we stayed in was ok. It was clean, no issues w that. The only thing I didn’t like was being charged 10.00 for parking. When I reserved online it said parking was included so I’m not sure why we would’ve been charged to park our car.

For almost $300 a night the room was totally not worth it. I was expecting something really nice but it was decent at best. I loved the location

Everything was Excellent 👍 breakfast, room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, clean, Cleaning stuff people Amazing & Friendly 😃 just one thing, one elevator wasn’t working and the Main door lobby was broken too 🤪 but The Rest was Great ..!! We will back for Sure.

Location was good rooms were clean Our view was beautiful Breakfast was good Convenient for cruise port Looks run down, pool area was not equipped with enough towels/chairs for the occupancy. When we requested clean pool towels, we were told they didn’t have any. Did not go to extra effort to accommodate Lobby doors did not work Daytime staff very pleasant, afternoon staff not as much Not as expected for a Whyndham hotel

The hotel itself was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There are a few details around the building that could use some attention, mostly for appearance rather than anything that affected our stay. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good experience. My only reservation is that I felt the price was a little high for this level of hotel, although I haven’t stayed in hotels very much recently, so perhaps prices have simply changed. That said, we enjoyed our visit and would consider staying again.
