Absolutely gorgeous property with a beautiful view of the lake, very clean, was very easy to make a reservation at the restaurant last minute which had delicious local food. Harder to get down to the water from this location and maybe difficult to get to the hotel without a vehicle

Staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. View was beautiful, breakfast was simple but delicious, loved that we had a bath, large enough room for our family of 4. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I explicitly didn’t like. I would certainly stay here again.

Since the hotel is not in a town, it was nice that it had an attached restaurant. We appreciated that the owner organized a special vegetarian dinner for us at the restaurant. The breakfast was very good (especially the home made jam). The room we ended up in had a wonderful view of Lake Como and mountains beyond. The lounge area was comfortable (we had drinks there and played cards both evenings). I liked how each room in the hotel was different - the place has a lot of character. Lots of interesting art. I initially booked the Standard King Room. Just so other people know: this room is quite small and the bed is pushed against the wall (so one person must crawl over the other one to get out of bed). For this reason, we switched to a different larger (more expensive) room.

Nice room, clean, parking, nice staff. Price policy. If you decide to spontaneously add the full breakfast at the property it cost 3 times more than if you take it together with the room in booking (and then the quality is completely not in line with the requested price of 14 euro per person). Since it was so expensive for what it was proposed we just got a coffee and a cornetto. Everything was charged us double compared the prices we saw the day before on the official menu (which were aligned with Italian prices). Very strange.

The Hotel exceeded my expectation by far. The dinner at the Restaurant was of high quality. The view to the Lake from the room another Highlight. I'll be back next year.

Lovely balcony - unfortunately for us the weather wasn't suitable for sitting outside during our 1 night stay. Dinner in the restaurant was very good value and the staff were great. Quite tricky to find, the hotel entrance is to the side of the parking and not obvious. Some better signage would be helpful. Decor a little dated

FANTASTIC stay - tucked in the non-touristy area of Lake Como, our stay was absolutely magnificent. Facilities were remarkably clean, attached restaurant was incredibly delicious. Check-in and check-out were easy. Amazing view of the lake. Difficult to reach with public transportation - we took the train and walked from Dorio station (~30 minutes along a major roadway) and left on the bus from Olgiasca stop to Colico (only runs 3x/day)

The place is really charming, the hostess is great, the room was big, clean and nice design and of course the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake :) Great place to stay while visiting Lake Como. Also, dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very good and tasty. Definitely will come back.

Cosy hotel with top restaurant. A bit far from Colico centre and at a steep road.

Nice lake sunset while enjoying dinner at the hotel restaurant. Great value. No AirConditioning, but sleeping at night was still ok with with outside temperature cooling down and ventilator in room.

Amazing hotel, even though we arrived late the owner gave us something to eat because we were tired and hungry from travelling all day, the view is also amazing. The breakfast was really good and tasty, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable to sleep in. The owner is super friendly and sweet, if you’re looking to sleep a peaceful night and wake up to an amazing view of the lake then i totally recommend this place.
