Location was good and the room was a nice size The lifts weren’t working so had to carry 2 x 25kg luggage up the stairs.

Very good location and was clean The staff member on our last day was not the best at all. The other staff were brilliant. Tried charging us for breakfast that had been paid for on our arrival. Room was rather basic as was the bathroom.

The property was in an excellent location, a short walk from the station, even with suitcases. Staff were amazing and even offered us free ice cream as we were very hot from a long journey.

The location was great. Our only issue, which was my fault, was that it was very hot in Koln while we were there and they do not have air conditioning. My mistake, I just assumed every hotel did. However, the staff gave us two fans and that helped in trying to sleep. The breakfast was always very nice, everyone on staff fantastic to speak to as well. Explained above in my wrong assumption they had AC but the great staff did help by giving us fans which made all the difference. We did have to check out a day early, and the hotel would have refunded us for that day however, they told me booking does not allow refunds.

The staff were kind, the room was a fine size, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. The location was excellent; it was so easy to get everywhere I needed to be. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the hotel during my stay. The elevators weren't working, which was inconvenient, and on my second day there, they had to cut off all hot water for some maintenance. The worst part was that the deadbolt on my door did not work, which is not comforting for a solo traveler. Obviously, this is not what you want from a hotel, especially for the price.
