Good location , center. Cheap . The windows didn't open at all, there was no fresh air. We barely survived one night in that heat. The shower was broken, the toilet wasn't perfectly clean, there was hair. No shower gel; shampoo etc

Good for single night stay as a bidget option there were big red stains on the curtain which almost touches the bed. althought the property mentions there is no shower, there is one common bathroom on the ground floor.

Tiniest room with 2 beds and broken hanger for coats. Our room had broken window, so we couldn't close it, and it's kinda unpleasant in the winter. One small shared toilet on the staircase, no shower.

They showed me one room on the website and then gave me another room. The room was very poor . There no facilities. there is no garbage container in room. There was no toilet paper in toilet. The skylight was completely open and it wasn’t closing with the electric button, so I spent the whole night in the cold.

The bathroom was clogged, there was no elevator in the hotel and we were not informed, unfortunately we stayed on the third floor and carried the suitcases alone. The room smelled musty!

The lobby smelled nice The overall experience was disappointing. The building is extremely noisy. you can clearly hear every person going up and down the stairs. The room itself was also very small. At 6 AM, a man in underwear was aggressively knocking on doors. He later said he was drunk and forgot his room number. That’s understandable. While I contacted the property owner to report the situation, especially since my young son was frightened. No one responded for over 24 hours. No calls, no messages, no follow-up. Lack of response and concern for guest safety. very disappointing.

Hello, I stayed at Hotel Adrett am Dom Hotel for two nights, and it was my first and last visit. Last night, drunk men were disturbing us — they were knocking on our door and shouting all night. The same noise continued in the morning. There is zero security. This is the downside of a contactless hotel — there’s no reception, no one to complain to, no one to help if something goes wrong. After this experience, I won’t stay at this type of hotel ever again.

it was good value for money, the bed was big & comfortable. the location was also central & pretty close (around 30 mins walking distance) to the lanxess arena it wasn't really clean: the floor was sticky & the room just felt kinda iffy. our curtain was broken on one side (we didn't care that much since we only stayed one night) and the only faucet available was really small.

Anything literally, we didnt like anything We found a condom on the flat, no way to have oxygen at least u could paint it
