The suite was comfortable with two toilets. Size is about right. Location but too far from train station and main amenities. A male member of the staff got into my daughter room 3 hours before checkout. Apparently the person did not followed the hotel procedures but I see in the reviews that this is not the only case. Not much respect for privacy and safety from the staff.

The location was central and just few minutes walk from the central station. Excellent accessibility to the shopping street. Generous amount of space in the room we stayed in. Cleanliness was good. Although, the rooms do not look very new and the bathroom too.

Location was excellent. Walking to the cathedral via shopping street was lively and fantastic. A supermarket „Rewe“ directly beside the hotel made it even more convenient to get the basic needs. Lightning in the room could have been better. The tap in the toilet was leaking continuously. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. There were coffee pods and milk cream but no sugar.

Great location in the city center. my room was on the corridor that led to the breakfast room, so at a certain time in the morning it got busy and noisy in front of my door

Great location and had air con Definitely not 4 stars, unhelpful staff, no tea/ coffee making. Rooms not cleaned at all during a 4 night stay.

The location was right next to shopping possibilities, the Rhine for long walks and close walking distance to the Dom The digital key was at times little annoying had to try multiple times for it to recognize it and open the doors / activate the elevator

Room was bigger than expected, beds were comfy, and the air conditioning kept a slight chill in the room (better than nothing in this heat). The location is also fantastic. Easy walking distance to the city center and old town, big supermarket literally downstairs, and a carpark attached to the other side of the building. The only thing to fault is there was no shower curtain as you're standing in a bathtub. This meant water covered most of the floor and consequently ran into the bedroom.
