Our first night was not that good because of the heat in the room and drunk people kicking down a trash can with food in it, so we needed to close the window because of the terrible smell. But the staff was really great in showing empathy and finding a solution for the second night and that night we slept really well in a nice cool room. There is nothing the hotel staff could do about the bad first night; it was my bad that I didn't book a room with airco myself so I can only blame myself for it.

Location of the hotel, and inside single room was good.

Good value for money. Very good location (10 min walk to Cologne Dom, 30 min walk to Tanzbrunner - for Amphi festival ). Big room (refrigerator, a fan for hot days), very clean. Big bathroom, shower/bathtub, spotless clean, quality towels. Free luggage deposit room, we used for an entire day . Friendly staff. 24/7 reception. Furniture and general utilities a bit outdated, but clean and in good condition.

Everything was great, apart from the interner but I was told that it was a thing in Germany.

Excellent bathroom, plenty of space. Building is new, has AC which was very useful in the extreme heat in Europe at that week. Breakfest is very good and the location is excellent as well.

Big room. Nice pvt balcony which helped with drying clothes. No AC. No character with little to no amenities. Shower was difficult to step in/out.

Location is great, staff is nice, breakfast is good, I arrived 3am in the morning and staff was very kind No AC in the rooms. For hot summer it gets a bit complicated, other then that everything great
