The location is perfect, espacially for our river cruise boarding. Close to all attractions. Needed coffee in room… no pot… but staff was gentle enough to offer my hubby a cup of coffee❤️

Beautiful room, very clean and great personnel. The room that we stayed in was right above a bar that played music until at least 2 a.m. You could hear the pounding of the bass all night long and tables were out on the sidewalk below with very loud and boisterous clientele. I'm all for a good party, but we were looking forward to a good night's sleep and that did not happen :/

+ Great location in the old town and still close to the main station + small but modernised single room + comfortable single bed - bathroom has no door - noise from the popular bar next door until well after midnight

Location was excellent for visiting Cologne’s main attractions. High quality fittings although you had to hold the shower head rather than be able to stand under it. Good breakfast. Staff helpful. It was a bit noisy because of the pub next door but we did stay on a Friday night and the windows are well insulated so not a big problem.

Best location, friendly staff, cleanliness and very comfortable beds with choice of pillows, high quality insulation from the external noise of the city centre. Breakfast could offer more variety
