Very centrally located, view of Dom, easy walk to station, modern room attractively decorated with everything required right at hand. Nice to receive an upgrade to a business room with a coffee machine. The dining room presented some very good and fairly well-priced dinner options. Very attentive service. We did not take the breakfast option Nothing not to like, everything was perfect

Location, near to the station and cathedral and art gallery. Being able to make tea and coffee in the room. Only one chair. One big and one small cup provided - why? Having a frosted glass wall between the shower/ toilet and the bedroom is a bit odd!

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, comfortable clean room and the breakfast was great with a massive selection of options. Nothing we can think of.

Easy quick check in, room available a bit earlier. Central location. No relaxing bar available evenings. Bed very high, toilet very low.

Excellent location, superb staff and very clean. Perfect size, and comes with a small fridge with free water that’s restocked. The glass between shower and hotel room but this is not a big deal.

I thought this was a good business style hotel and it offered a good price during July so we booked two rooms for our family for a couple of nights. The rooms are small when you have several suitcases, but they were fine and the decor is nice. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. No noise even though it’s a busy area including the best hotel doors I’ve ever seen - no corridor noise at all. Reception staff were efficient. The location is fantastic - close to the main train station and so easy to wheel luggage to in 5 minutes. Then there is the great neighbourhood and it seemed as if Cologne was celebrating on Saturday night. We enjoyed seeing all the families enjoying the summer evening. Reception did query if I was a guest when I asked to use the bathroom nearest reception - which felt like the wrong vibe. It’s not the sort of hotel that I would think suffers from random people coming in to use the toilet. This morning we were having a ‘sleep in’ as I had to work late in another time zone. Twice staff (I presume they were staff) briefly accessed the room by opening the door while we were sleeping. As check out wasn’t for many hours later, I wonder why? The room was clean but the bathroom grout needs replacing as it shows signs of mildew. At €32, we skipped the hotel breakfast. I’m sure it’s good but for a family that’s a tough start to the day.
