Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent location. Very good Italian restaurant - Mangia e Vai a couple of minutes away. Nice to be able to walk to the Rhine

All of the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Great location not far from the train station. Mattresses and pillows were fairly uncomfortable.

A magnificent hotel! It is very conveniently located, close to both the train station and the city center, yet quiet, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. Everything is done with great taste and a lot of love. The staff are very welcoming and always eager to help with anything. The breakfast is delicious, and every detail of the interior — from the beds and towels to the tablecloths — has been carefully and individually selected for this hotel. I would confidently rate this hotel as a four-star property. Bravo! I will definitely come back to you again. Nothing, I’m really didn’t except a lot from this hotel, but I can say not everyone 5 stars hotel has such a service.

It was the second time I've stayed Hotel Ludwig Superior, and once again, it was the best hotel that I stayed at on this trip to Europe. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was very compfy. The quaint breakfast room enhanced the large variety of food and drink items offered. So close to the train station, yet very quiet. Next time I'm in Köln, I will definitely stay here again! Wish I could have stayed longer. :-)
