Good price and the room has all you need. Good location. There was a bit of an odd smell in the room. Can be loud from the other guests.

Ok for one night. The room on the top floor was very hot without a/c and had bedbugs…

Nothing It was so dirty, they gave us slippers as the carpet was dirty. The beds had plastic covers on them, we were already hot. The fans they provided worked but were covered in dust. They provided so much quality in the bathroom, just a shame that it was filthy. They really need to employ a professional cleaner or professional cleaning company. The beds were old and damaged and needed replacing. We slept in our clothes and left the next morning without showering in the filthy shower

Location close to the station. The staff were pleasant on arrival, Cheap. We stayed on the top floor. Both my wife and I got very badly attacked by Bed Bugs - I later recalled one crawling over my face in the middle of the night and me squashing it. A month later I still have bite marks on my feet and hands. When we returned home we needed to separate and clean all our clothes and luggage so that we did not contaminate our house. My wife sent an email to the hotel about it a day or two later - but she has still not received a response 4 weeks later. Whilst the room itself was reasonably functional and pleasant for our one night stay, other parts of the hotel were bad. The carpet on the stairs was very grotty/dirty/unpleasant - and the shower/toilet room on our floor was incredibly small, with mould, a broken shower screen (i.e. one panel completely missing so water goes all over the tiny floor area when you have a shower), with no ventilation and there is nowhere to put your clothes when you have a shower. Whilst I love a bargain - sorry to say, this was not worth it. I really hope the Hotel lifts its game.

Excellent budget hotel great location and price. Helpful staff and a great place to stay. A lift would have been nice but at the price not expected

The room was great for the price. The bed was comfortable and despite being basic and a bit dated quite clean. Bathroom was very clan if dated. One bathroom for 4 rooms led to congestion in the morning :) the room was very warm with no cooling but the room cooled quickly once the window was opened.

Close to the cathedral and food areas Nice and quiet Doors are loud and bathrooms need more ventilation to extract the warm moist air so it doesn't smell. Other than that zero issues

Great location (2 minutes walking from the train station, yet a relatively peaceful area), 24/7 service desk, good wifi, good sound isolation thanks to double doors. The sink in the room has only hot water (annoying during the summer), and the third-floor rooms get very hot. There's not even a fan, so you have to sleep with the windows open.

Very superb and the location is very near to central stations. That I stayed only one night

Location is great. Clean. Comfortable bed. Small bathroom. No garbage backs.
