Very close to the station. Nice buffet breakfast. Lifts were very slow.

Position. One elevator of two working during whole visit of three nights. ( room 244) . Slow check in with virtually permanent queues

The hotel is really close to the Dom. Literally 3 minutes walking. Also, the room was cozy, clean and big enough for all 3 of us. The temperature was perfect, taking into consideration the 38 degree days. Also, the staff was really helpful and chatty and really pleasant. The bar prices were a bit too high.

Hotel was really nice in general, really clean with a nice smell, easy to find and very close to the train station. Room was a really good size and value for money Toiletries in the room were not topped up, had to ask 3 times for shower gel to be brought to the room. Only 2 mugs/glasses in the room despite the booking being for 3 people

This is a very modern and nice hotel for travelers. We had been staying in smaller less well-appointed hotels for the last week or two before and so it was nice to have A/C and a nice clean bed and shower to utilize. The only thing that was a bit wonky was that we understood we had to split up our family of four into two rooms but we hoped they would maybe put us a little closer to our teenagers. We literally have a photo of our kids in their room from the center courtyard on the other side of hotel (but at least on the same floor). Maybe the kids appreciated this but I would like to at least be a little closer to my family on a trip.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was extensive with high quality food on offer. The reception staff were very helpful which made the stay even better. Not applicable.
