It was closed when we arrived. It was closed as in “stop operations.” It was closed!

Verry good location, a few pleasant walking minutes from the dom. It had blindfolds and nice wallpapers. Cleaning service everyday. Watter, coffee, tea and bombons brought daily in the room. I understand that for Germany, free watter is a real treat, so much appreciated. Horible smell coming from the bathroom. We opened the window for fresh air but there was no mosquito net. A couple of cockroaches in the bedroom. The blindfolds partially dropped everytime. The pillows were close to nothing. The cheap bed plywood was visible as the mattress was smaller. The TV was on the right side of the bed and was preventing the window from opening. Bedside and electrical plug on only one side of the bed. The walls looked as they have not been painted for a long time. I did not see any AC but we did not needed it in May. I was expecting more for the price.

Nothing the hotel was closed by the police and we where kicked out of the property so far neither Booking or the owner has reached out to solve the problem. No refund has been made. Location, comfortable bed, clean No hot water for a whole day, unfriendly staff, nowhere to store clothes or put suitcases in the room so very cramped.

there was only one lift functional , and it felt a little bit janky, and i would've loved if the breakfast was included in the price .

The room was clean, and also the bathroom. Good location in very center for affordable price with some comfort The kettle wasn't working, the window was broken, so you couldn't close it, and the room was too light and too loud at night

Very close to everything Older place, no a/c, shower was a wand. Two small beds pushed together.

Some common areas seemed like they could use some maintenance, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. It’s merely aesthetic.

Sadly, the staff were not welcoming and did not provide much help during our stay. With better customer service, this hotel could be much improved.
