Location and price Non cooperative staff It was very hot in day and night that room was unbearable to stay but the staff didn’t gave a fan although brandnew were seen at the office

No staff in the evening. I couldn’t enter my room, even though I‘ve checked in and registered the card - tried to let it do another guest who made the procedure before but he couldn‘t succeed either. Tried the hotline and didn’t reached anyone so I‘ve left. Absolutely dissapointing.

Great staff, very helpful and kind. The breakfast was tasty and a perfect start to the day. The hostel is just a few steps away from the cathedral, which was amazing since we stayed for only one day and didn’t have to waste any time on transport! -
