Clean, convenient, well priced and staff was FABULOUS! Really pleasant and accommodating. Went out if their way to help! Pillows are too thick! But that’s not much of a complaint!

Location was keyfor us, nearthe Central station as we were on our bikes. The front desk pointed out the secured bike parking at the Train Station, which wasni Room was tiny but we knew that when making the reservation.

Fantastic location, efficient check in and out, entry and room keypads/keyless so easy and no lost keys!! Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Location is good and we feel comfortable just when we checked in. Everything looks exactly as pictured, we experienced easy access and swift plus friendly service during our stay. Will be happy to refer the hotel for everyone. The squared pillow is not for everyone, takes some time to get used too.

Friendly and helpful staff, staff even helped us with our heavy luggage. A few blocks away from the main (long-distance & airport) train and (within city) subway stations, a few minute walk to the Koln Cathedral and shopping district. Supermarket is also a few blocks away.

Excellent location close to the church and Christmas Market. Very clean facilities, friendly staff and good breakfast. Great value for the money Parking was difficult. The hotel did have a reserved space open for an extra 15 euros. Rooms were very much on the small side. Bed was on the hard side (preference)
